I tried the bún bò Huế (a dish I'd never tried before, though I am well familiar with various versions of phở) and I was impressed. The beef tendon was unusually tender, the fresh herbs were a nice contrast to the rich beef and pork, and the broth was sublime. Had dinner there with the family (party of 7) several weeks ago and it was excellent. 6 of the 7 had different Phos and I had the Beef Chow Fun. Everything was excellent. Server was very personable and prices were reasonable. We will be back!
