I absolutely recommend this place. Every time i get a little extra pay from work, I come here to treat myself. No matter if it’s a quick on the go lunch, or a feast of a dinner, the sushi is delicious and they’re customer service is amazing. They always give me complimentary sauces, and sometimes even an on the house roll!! And the one time I ordered the wrong roll, they swapped it out for me. Good sushi. However, service is a bit slow.
Getting appetizers is usually very slow rolling, and hunting down the servers to get miso soup and a straw is also a task. The option to order miso soup is on the app/website menu, but is greyed out. I'm sure there's a reason for that, but it would be so convenient to order via the app/website.
The last time we went, I asked our server for miso soup 3 times, he kept forgetting, and finally brought it on the last request.

Food is very good & fresh. People are very nice & attentive.
You have to order from your phone at the table. I guess that's ok. But If they're going to do that they should offer Wi-Fi, which they don't. Also, for AYCE you only get to submit 1 order per 7 minutes. So everyone in your party must submit there order on 1 phone if you want to submit everything at the same time. That counts for subsequent orders as well. Thought that was kind of annoying. But other than that...read full review
