Very nice lady at counter and there's seating inside whereas the other cold stone in west covina does not.

Cold Stone Creamery is a place that serves good ice cream, with the ice cream made soft and not completely frozen cold like at other places. The portions are generous, and the ice cream is delicious. Customers have praised the service, noting that it can be fast when staff like Anaia work efficiently, making the experience enjoyable. Many customers have had positive encounters, with one mentioning that the staff's friendly attitude can really brighten a bad day. However, some reviews indicate that service can sometimes be slow and the store may seem a bit disorganized, leading to longer wait times. The store closes around 9 or 9:30, so it’s best to plan visits accordingly. Overall, it remains a favorite spot for a sweet treat, especially when looking for soft ice cream at a decent price.
