This place closes earlier then most cold stones and they closed exactly at 9 or 9:30.The girl we got was on the struggle bus making our ice cream. She was this little thing and the 4 girls working just finished up making like 5 ice creams and they were making phone orders. Busy busy busy.. anyway the cream is good here. I normally order a like it.... Because it is big and it over flows your cup.... But today was sad. My husbands which is the biggest it was chocolate didn't even pop out of the top.. oh well.... They were busy while we waited for our ice cream at leave 4 other couples came in....

My son took my grandson there a few nights ago and there was a dead cockroach inside the blueberry Ice cream. He mentioned it to the workers and the just laughed and apologized

Not sure where to start! 1st I waited 15 mins with only one person ahead of me, he waited just as long. 4 employees, one working on to go orders. One in the back touching his hair on and off while making ice cream, the third was refilling candies that could have waiting on customers. By the time I was helped there was 8 people behind me. Advice to manager your employees should go to the chino hills location and learn how to run a shift! Employee wearing shorts you couldn’t see under her t shirt.

I went twice in one week to get banana and both times they were out. I asked why they haven’t had banana and they just said, we just haven’t been making it!!! There were 3 ppl there . 2 were making making waffle cups that they didn’t need, had a lot of them!!!

Whenever my family craves ice cream, cold stone is always on the top of our list. There ice cream machines actually work...McDonalds. But this specific location is just plain bad. We used the app to order ahead, and come to find out the order wasn't even started when we arrived at the correct time.Also, I get inflation and prices need to go up.Charge $11 dollars for a cup of ice cream, but at least fill it like all other cold stones used to.You guys are charging more because costs have gone up and then also gyp customers with under served cups of ice cream.It's disappointing after disappointing because this isn't the only time it has happened. Ridiculous.
This review is for the San Dimas/Arrow Highway location. I feel a little bit guilty writing this because I understand what it's like to be distracted by friends or acquaintances visiting you at work. But for the love of godly ice cream, PLEASE don't leave your paying customers waiting around awkwardly while you slowly serve one huge, free sample after another to your friends. I was desperate for a chocolate shake, but eventually gave up and left after waiting patiently and not being acknowledged by either employee behind the counter.

We came in, there was a line, and so we waited. Isaac was the only one working, I guess his co worker went on lunch. Isn't that the way of things? It can be not busy all day, and the when one of you actually goes on lunch, all of a sudden everybody and there mother wants ice cream. The ice cream is always delicious, the service was excellent. I guess my only complaint is that they don't have any tables inside to sit down and eat. The place was clean, we had a great experience

Kids wanted ice cream, and well... so did I! Very nice clean location. Both people there were very helpful and courteous. Great selection of premium ice creams here. Can't wait to be back!
