“Scrumptious, moist, and irresistible describes the cake I ordered from Some Crust for my mother’s memorial service reception. The cake was impeccably crafted and the designers decorated it in exactly the manner in which we requested, “Not too much.” The frosting was strikingly smooth and the piping adorned only the bottom of the cake, ensuring the decoration was not too much. The colors of the yellow and red roses and the green leaves on top of the cake were tastefully muted and maintained the minimal emphasis of the decorations. It was a spice cake in which all the flavors blended perfectly without one flavor standing out too predominantly. It was delivered exactly at the time it was scheduled to arrive at the location. I highly recommend this bakery when you have an occasion that requires a specialty cake.“

“5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(“

He is friendly, courteous, and knows how to scoop. He always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. He is also very fast at preparing our orders, whether it’s a cone, a sundae, or a cake. “The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“

“Seems like everywhere I go these days it's hard to find good customer service. There are some rare gems that stand out. One of those gems, Anthony, works here. I had the pleasure of interacting with him today 1/10/26. He welcomed me when I walked in with my son. He was very kind and attentive. Asking if my son or myself would like a sample. He asked if my son liked xyz and I said yes he told me ok this is a good choice. My son loved it. I asked about a flavor and he also explained the flavor and asked what I liked without me having to ask. He offered me a bag and told me where the napkins were. He had a smile on his face the whole time like he was actually happy to be working. Great customer service will definitely be coming back!“
