The young lady who served me was beyond welcoming and she was incredibly sweet. She doesn't know this, but she really helped me feel better that day. “Scrumptious, moist, and irresistible describes the cake I ordered from Some Crust for my mother’s memorial service reception. The cake was impeccably crafted and the designers decorated it in exactly the manner in which we requested, “Not too much.” The frosting was strikingly smooth and the piping adorned only the bottom of the cake, ensuring the decoration was not too much. The colors of the yellow and red roses and the green leaves on top of the cake were tastefully muted and maintained the minimal emphasis of the decorations. It was a spice cake in which all the flavors blended perfectly without one flavor standing out too predominantly. It was delivered exactly at the time it was scheduled to arrive at the location. I highly recommend this bakery when you have an occasion that requires a specialty cake.“

“Went in last night after dinner for a snack and Joseph was helping us.Joseph is an amazing employee who always goes above and beyond to make customers happy. He is friendly, courteous, and knows how to scoop. He always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. He is also very fast at preparing our orders, whether it’s a cone, a sundae, or a cake. He never makes mistakes or forgets anything.“

I ordered a slice of their carrot cake and a cappuccino, and I was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The cake was moist and packed with spices, while the coffee was expertly brewed. The ambiance is simply lovely, with soft background music and a laid-back atmosphere. It’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy delicious pastries.“

“Logan makes a fantastic mint mint chocolate chip. We had a couple orders of ice cream and he was so nice. He even put the orders in the fridge while the rest were being made. We even had a tough customer to deal with and he dealt with her allergies with ease. 10/10 recommend the Chino Hills location.“

“The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“

I was not only delighted by the refreshing flavor of the ice cream but also by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. Baskin-Robbins never disappoints with its wide range of delicious flavors, and this visit was no exception. “Great service! I wanted to buy an ice cream cake and also enjoy my small ice cream. The employee said she would put the ice cream cake in the back so no one else would purchase it because I had already paid for it.There was no one there when I went so I was able to enjoy my ice cream then take the cake when I was done, very helpful!“
