“Very pretty place. Our server was such a sweetheart and would come up with lots of little jokes.
We had miso soup, gyoza, and 3 sushi rolls. The gyoza was fried, so it wasn’t my favorite, but everything else was super tasty. I really recommend the Redondo Roll. It has mango, crab, avocado, rice paper, and eel sauce. The mango complimented the taste so well.
For dessert, I would recommend the macaron with ice cream.“

No matter if it’s a quick on the go lunch, or a feast of a dinner, the sushi is delicious and they’re customer service is amazing. The quality of the fish is great and I love the different rolls they have there. Service is excellent and I am always greeted quickly and with a smile. Okay, at this point, Red Wasabi isn’t just our favorite sushi spot in the neighborhood… it’s becoming a family member. 😂

Tonight, Cisco ~ aka Francisco, aka CISCO THE SUSHI WIZARD ~ came through with some surprise nigiri that had caviar on it. Let me just say this: BOMBBBB! 💣🍣

That man didn’t just make sushi… he apparently decided our taste buds needed a VIP experience. 😂 The nigiri was fresh, creative, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Cisco, you officially have permission to surprise us with sushi anytime. We trust you. 😂

And then there was Melanie. ❤️

Melanie was the cutest, sweetest server and was so incredibly kind and attentive. She actually reminded us so much of our cousin that once we made that connection, we were like, “Yep… we’re never forgetting her name now!” 😂

That’s what makes Red Wasabi special. It’s not just the food. It’s the PEOPLE.

You can get sushi at a lot of places, but when the chef is throwing down surprise caviar nigiri and your server makes you feel like family, THAT’S an experience.

Cisco, Melanie, thank you for taking such good care of us and making another visit to Red Wasabi one we’ll be talking about afterward.

The atmosphere was cozy and plenty of room in between tables which I personally enjoy. And of course the most important part - the food! Everything was so delicious and then some! 3 item bento box and a few different sushi rolls which were all great prices. Everything was so mouthwatering and then they even gave us a scoop of green tea iced cream to top it all off! Such a wonderful experience all in all and can’t wait to go back!“

Service is always good, the place is a little small, but always busy. They have the best muscles, best albacore capaccio and rolls. Nice vibe in there. “My family has been going here for the past 3 years and we still love it. My 4 and 6 year old ask for it for their birthdays every year. Our go to order is usually the wonton soup with heavy edits, the route 66 sub, three flavors, spicy chacha, and either the quinoa salad or the joyful fried rice. And the cakes are so good, we always get either the panda or the ube. The owners used to have a spot in Pasadena but moved over here.“

“First time here. Service was excellent! William helped us decide on our order and was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food is delicious and the presentation was perfect. We had the spicy miso ramen with gyozas and salmon teriyaki with tempura. The gyozas and tempura were perfectly crispy. My husband loved the ramen and he could make it as spicy as he wanted. The miso soup is one of the best I've had. The salmon was excellent and all the sauces were delicious. We will definitely be back!“
