A standout is the BLUEFIN TUNA on the premium limited quantity menu, which is worth the additional cost. For those who do not eat raw fish, there is a large cooked menu. The service is impressive and attentive. The staff is constantly sweeping, wiping tables, and making sure every customer is taken care of. Each table has a tablet for ordering, which speeds things up. Everything is freshly made. The basic lunch set is also a great option, featuring the best tempura in a long time and a perfectly cooked salmon with no fishy aftertaste. It is a super good Sushi/Ramen spot, clean, and friendly.
