Sushi was very fresh and tasty. Teriyaki chicken was good, basic. It is a very small place and very loud. The restroom was clean. Average price about $15. Per roll.Dietary restrictions: I asked for gluten free soy sauce but they didn't have any. I try to bring my own but forgot. They did substitute tempura shrimp in my roll for unbattered shrimp since we're gluten free.
Our long-time sushi restaurant (Bishamon) suddenly closed. We found Yashima nearby and gave it a try. Everything was excellent! It has a nice family atmosphere. I'm very happy with our dining experience.

Great place, reminds me of Japan. Very clean and very friendly staff. The Nigiri Sushi was great and very filling. The Miso was great and the actual tofu chunks were a great sight to see. Definitely a must try and if local I'd be a regular.Arigato Gosaimasu!
