“Our favorite Ethiopian restaurant in Southern California! This is our go to restaurant and have been coming here for years. The food is always delicious!

Our go to dishes are the Regular Tibs, Atkilt, Kik Wot, and Gomen, they are perfectly cooked and seasoned each time. The injera is also delicious, we can’t get enough!

“We had a wonderful experience at Yashima. The food was fresh and beautifully prepared, and everything we ordered tasted amazing. The sushi and sashimi were especially high quality. “We ordered the Skewers Mixed Grill (Mshakkal) from Aladdin Jr Restaurant and Cafe in Covina through DoorDash and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size is incredible — it says it serves 2–3 people, but honestly it easily fed four of us with leftovers. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor.
The meats were tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the variety in the mixed grill makes it perfect for sharing. The rice and sides complemented the skewers really well and everything tasted fresh and authentic.
Another thing we really appreciated was the packaging. Our order arrived neatly packed and still warm, which makes such a difference when ordering delivery.
We’ve ordered from here multiple times and they’re consistently good, and the portions always leave us with leftovers for the next day (which taste just as great!).
The only thing we wish is that they offered their own delivery, because we would definitely order even more often. But even through DoorDash, it’s totally worth it.

“Nam and his family are incredibly hospitable. The food here is extremely fresh and delicious. We chatted after our meal and we had a wonderful exchange about his life and his business partner.
If you’re in the area do stop by! He gets his seafood fresh multiple times a week and uses a fusion of Cajun and Vietnamese flavors for the food.“

“It's located next to Mi Pulgarcito Pupiseria Salvadoreña and near GS Ethiopian Cafe. I had went to this plaza for another restaurant but they closed already for lunch. I decided to try this grilled chicken place, reminds me of Juan Pollo or El Pollo Loco. It seems family owned with a young teen taking my order.

I chose to try the 16 piece family special with half spicy and regular chicken ($44.99) which came with 4 large sides, tortillas and salsa. I chose their macaroni salad, potato salad, rice, and beans. I got a lunch special for myself that came with a can of soda. The seasoning on the chicken was good, the spicy chicken had a good heat. The skin was crispy and the chicken was moist. My family did not like the sides of macaroni and potato salad.

“Top tacos at an amazing price. These tacos are miniatures but are stuffed to the edge. Don’t be scared of the long lines as the cooks dispatch orders quickly. Great customer service. Parking lot on the side or street parking. Tacos start at $1.75. Definitely worth the price!“

“I tried a few beers here and took some cans to go because the beers are good. Brew master is a genius. I brew hop all over and this brewery is definitely top 5 on my list. I got here at night and was a bit confused with the gate being closed. But if you call the phone number at the gate they'll buzz you in. Pretty cool place and welcoming environment. It was an excellent choice. The food is just sooooo good! Delicious made from scratch & the portions are generous. The pricing is also what I consider good. Every single dish we order was amazing but I’m in absolute love with the Tallarin Verde de Pollo & the Lucuma Ice Cream. But again everything was amazing. Thank you Sabor a Perú.“

“This place is consistent. Great food great service with friendly staff. Came in for breakfast. Ordered the chorizo a la Mexicana and the ham and cheese omelette. They gave chips and salsa. Chips were fresh and crunchy and the salsa had a little spice to it. Portions are generous so be sure to bring an appetite.“

“My girlfriend and i came here and were so pleasantly surprised! Logan sat us and served us and gave great suggestions from the menu. We didn't get any of the other's names but everybody was so attentive and kind it was just refreshing. We loved the food and vibe so much we can't wait to go back. I had read a few reviews about the food being bland, let me tell you that i season the hell out of my food! Bland is the last thing i would call what we had..... “The place looks unique from the outside, also has a drive thru. Inside seating about 4 tables plus outside patio seating. Very friendly staff and inside decor has a very Hispanic/Mexican homestyle warmth. Now the food... so far I've been stuck on their carnitas and asada tacos! Comes with grilled onions and roasted jalapenos! Sooooo gooooood! Meat not dry and very tasty. They are not cheap on the meat either! I also love the abodado burrito (may have mis spelled that), I will try that on a sandwich next visit. Great little gem in town. Us over at the Acura dealer enjoy their food very much! “It had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. I must say the decor is exactly as I remembered. Took 3 minutes to be seated then we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive waiter I’ve EVER had at any restaurant . I’m a huge lover of the cabbage salad so I gorged on a big bowl before dinner. I ordered a medium rare fillet and potato and it was cooked to perfection. I so wish I lived nearby as I would pay it a regular visit. I’m so glad the Clearmans Northwoods inn has not been changed.“

“I stopped by on Saturday with my wife for some lunch. I heard of the fundraiser this restaurant is having with the knights of Columbus. The restaurant will donate 20% of your bill to the knights. I thought that was tremendous and admirable. We shared several dishes like vegetables chow mein, orange peel beef and some beef that I don't remember the actual name. Everything tasted fresh and service was quick even tho it looked like a good lunch rush was the going on at the time. We had some ice cold flavored tea which we both enjoyed very much. We decided to share this place with our daughter so we pick up one of the lunch specials to go. Price was reasonable, the good was delicious, service was quick and friendly. Every experience at a restaurant should go like this experience we had. Will definitely return to try some more dishes on the menu.“
