“This place is by FAR the BEST subs I have had. I first tried them back in like 2000/01 at there old location in Azuza. I live out by San Bernardino and drive here just for a sub that's how good they are. Bacon, avocado, turkey the best in my opinion. Hope they continue their legacy for years to come. “this is some of the best authentic Mediterranean food in Glendora.

I ordered the beef shawarma and chicken kabob plate with seasoned rice, fresh Mediterranean salad, warm pita bread, and their garlic sauce and hummus. Everything was bomb, flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The beef shawarma was tender and packed flavor, the chicken kabob was juicy with the perfect char, and the garlic sauce took everything to another level.

What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers.

We need to do a better job supporting small businesses like this. Get out of your routine, skip the chains for a night, and go experience some of the best authentic Mediterranean food Glendora has to offer.

“broooo, where do we begin. Best hainan spot in SGV, definitely one of the best Asian places in Azusa/Glendora area. Americans need to be put on to hainan chicken, just cuz it’s not fried and brown outside doesn’t mean it’s not good. Hainan is steamed in so much spices and flavor and since it’s not fried, it’s so juicy and healthy. Please do yourself a favor and try it out. polarkriss the manager is also an angel. He’s always there greeting the guests and I always have great conversations with him.

I have literally lost 10 pounds because I haven’t found a replacement go to place. I still need to loose the other 40 pounds I gained living so close to such delicious food. I recommend the super carne asada burrito, breakfast burrito, the carne asada torta, and the refried beans. Even when my budget couldn’t accommodate eating there repeatedly I would get a large order of beans and have them as a side for multiple homemade meals. “A friend wanted to try this place out and it’s closer to home so we went. They have variety of lunch specials until 3pm. Comes with egg flower or hot and sour soup with an egg roil served with white or fried rice. We ordered mushroom chicken and Mongolian beef. Both dishes were tasty. The Mongolian beef was done right, with sliced yellow onion and green onion! A bit skimpy on the green onion but the taste was just right. The mushrooms chicken was also great with plenty of chopped garlic and the chicken breast pieces were tender. Service was quick and the records are just your ordinary place to dine. Got my fix in.“

“Every year after the Glendora All Class Reunion Picnic in October, members of the graduating class of 1969 aim to meet up for a more intimate visit at Club House 66. We started it the weekend of our 50th High School Reunion with dinner the night before our formal gala. We had our 70th birthday on the beautiful patio there 2 years later with a wonderful buffet dinner. We no longer have a committee planned reunion but we have committed to trying to make the Annual All Class Picnic and then having a no host gathering on the Club House 66 patio. This year there were 14 of us,74 year old, coming by after a day at Finkbiner Park to have drinks and dinner on a warm Indian Summer night to reminisce with childhood friends. Our server was Ruth and she was delightful and her team made us feel like royalty. They set up the table to greet the group and kept the drinks flowing , the water glasses full and brought us delicious food as we ordered it thoughout the night. Ruth made sure we each had our own bill. We didn’t even have to ask. We interacted with the other friendly families out on the patio and we all felt like we had come “home”. It was the perfect ending to a great day spent laughing about childhood memories and our journeys into adulthood. We will be back next year and plan to celebrate our Class of 1969’s 75th Birthday right there on that picturesque patio. Thank you Clubhouse 66, Ruth and the whole team who made us feel so special. ♥️“
