“Grew up going to this panaderia. I stopped going for awhile, it's been a few years. I finally went back recently. And Even better than I remember it. The delicious pan dulce, champurrado, Cinnamon tea, bollio con jalapeño & cream cheese, also with papas & chorizo, ready mady sandwiches? cant go wrong! So delicious, my kids love it from here as well! Definitely recommend!“

“I used to eat here 25 years ago with a friend and his dad, went back this last weekend, and it was like I never left, the food was just like a remembered it, restaurant was exactly like I remembered it, the menudo hit the spot, I'm rarely on that side of town anymore, but when I am, I'm gonna stop to eat here, their staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, the food here was just as good as I remember it, can't wait to go back, they only have pozole on Thursdays, so if you're a fan of that, keep that in mind, you know it's gonna be good and fresh“

“We ordered chilaquiles and the oatmeal banana drink. The chilaquiles was fire 🔥. However, the oat banana drink was horrendous. Please don’t order it. I thought it was gonna be cooked oats like how Latinos usually do it but it seems like they tired to do an overnight oats type of concoction and it was not it. Barely any banana flavor, lacked sweetness and the raw oats was just floating in the milky liquid. Idk what this drink was supposed to be.“

“Our family has adored coming to this lovely Thai restaurant tucked away in Azusa! The service is always fast and friendly in a cozy atmosphere. The food is incredible! There is something on the menu for everyone! My favorite offering is the green curry tofu - they ask you which spice level you'd like... If you crave a flavorful kick - they will not disappoint! This pairs well with garlic string beans or sir fried fresh ginger, onion, mushroom and carrot. The kids adore the Chicken Satay and the Crying Tiger grilled marinated beef served with Thai spicy sauce.“

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings. Other than that, it's a good place for yummy food at good prices.“

“I only came here because it was the closest restaurant to me for a simple bean and cheese burrito, and for $7 I was thinking it'd be a basic one I could find anywhere that was overpriced but expected in today's economy. It took a little over 5mins, but not a problem at all especially knowing that it's made to order. But man was I surprised when I first unwrapped the burrito; immediately I liked how they cooked the tortilla, it wasn't plain smooth as if they tossed it on the pan to just be warm, it was cooked and even a bit flaky which was a nice change to what I usually see. I was excited to take a bite, and to my surprise it tasted like my mom had just made it for me! The beans you can tell aren't from a can, but freshly cooked, mashed by hand, and they tasted great. The cheese was abundant and gooey, and I overall really loved this homemade burrito. I'd gladly pay $7 again when in the area for their lovingly-made bean and cheese burrito.“

“Went here around 2013ish and was awesome. I guess cook changed around '18-'19 and was not good at all but now, currently 5/2026, it's awesome again. My go to is salpicon. My partner is indio viejo. She's very picky but loves their indio viejo. I get my platter with maduro n gallo pinto but you can choose platanos if you wish. Their pickled cabbage and pickled onions go well with the main dishes. Cacao is my drink choice. Servings size are just right. Nacatamal is a main dish in itself, yum. Hope they keep the current cook. Give em a shot 👍🤤“

“Chinese Taste surprised me in the best way. This place actually lives up to the reviews. The chow mein because somehow people still manage to mess that up. Not here. The noodles had real texture, not soggy or bland, and the flavor actually hits. Everything else? Solid across the board. The rice, chicken, BBQ pork, even the fish, everything tasted good and well seasoned, and like someone in the kitchen actually cares. No shortcuts, no weird aftertaste, just good food.

Honestly, this is one of those spots where the ratings make sense for once. If you’re in the area and thinking about it, just go you won’t regret it.“

“I own a auto restoration shop near by and we specialize in custom upholstery and everything restoration. We come to eat here practically everyday and I always order different dishes and they are all delicious. You can never go wrong with this little gem. All their dishes have great flavors and always very filling. The people complaining about cash only and that the register lady's are rude are just complainers. They're NOT rude, just busy. There's a difference. I only care about how good all their food is. I'm an extremely busy business owner and I'm always in a rush so I don't mind if the cashiers don't strike up a conversation with me. I'm there for the food. Wonderful little spot. Always support your local businesses.

The service has always been great, the food is always fresh, and honestly, their teriyaki sauce is the best. There’s a reason it’s called Best Teriyaki! Definitely a go-to spot in Azusa.“
