“I went on a thursday afternoon. Not too busy, clean, well air conditioned, and kind staff. They had me seated and when I asked, they explained the menu to me. They have buy one get one 50% off on rolls, bento boxes, korean food, or an ayce sushi option. I got the sushi and it was good. The hand rolls were heavy on the rice, and the deep fried rolls were fried a tad longer than I prefer, but overall it tasted clean, fresh, and came out at a reasonably fast time. Ayce was around $25, rolls and starters only. $35 after taxes and tip. I think this place is worth visiting for any sushi lovers in Azusa.”

“Came here after reading the reviews, not too far from home. Absolutely hit it out of the park. Delicious food, I'll definitely go back. There’s a lot more on the menu I’d love to try. Kimchi fried rice 10/10, fried dumplings 9/10, cucumber kimchi 10/10, radish kimchi 10/10, Beef Bulgogi Sandwich 9/10, six-piece wings with sweet chili 10/10.”

“The manager knows my order from memory. I haven’t had an issue with the food, the staff, or the environment thus far. I’ve been coming here for a while now. The staff is always nice and informative. Restaurant is always clean without odor. Food is always good and fresh. They’re also willing to make small modifications to the food items. Sometimes it cost extra and sometimes it doesn’t. Those sweet potato’s are 🔥. Fresh juices are always good. Only I don’t like is the sodas mainly because I don’t like craft sodas from anywhere. I also don’t drink soda.”

“Well worth visiting this shop. You can't see it from the street, but worth the trip. It's in the same building as the UPS store. The mango pastry was very good, and the Smores latte I had was excellent. They even caramelized the whipped topping. The first sip was magical. 😁 Definitely going back.”

“This place has a huge variety of Mexican drinks and desserts.
There were so many options on the menu that it took me a while to decide what to get.

Horchata was pretty good and easy to drink. Tornado wasn’t really my favorite.
We ordered several different drinks and everything was pretty good.

“We were there about 2 months ago and had a great time the lake was full And there was people fishing and we just hung out and had burritos at the cafe which were real good an overall nice experience the ride up was pretty not very many people I definitely recommend it we're going back in 2 weeks.”

“Hands down, some of the best Tacos and chilaquiles I’ve had. They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is made to perfection. The hand made tortillas and their freshly made Jamaica are a must try! Also home to the most genuine hardworking staff.”

“This was our first experience at Jessie's Mexican & Seafood Restaurant. Honestly we were in the Azusa area to dine at another restaurant and they were closed, and we noticed Jessie's Mexican Restaurant down the block and we decided to try it. WOW 😲, this was a incredible experience, the waitress took time to explain the menu, what caught our eye was that they make fresh tortillas for your Taco's. Excellent tortillas!!
We ordered fish & carnitas tacos, along with taquitos, the guacamole was excellent 👍, chips and salsa were delicious.
The service was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and acknowledged you when we walked in.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the restaurant makes you feel like you are in Mexico enjoying a nice lunch/dinner.
Allow me to recommend this location for a amazing experience, you will love it.”

“The best chips ever. Best chile verde. You got to try the home potatoes! The fish taco. The recipies are Muy Sabrosa. Music was tooooo loud. They need decafe coffee. The service is as good as the recipies.”

“Our family has adored coming to this lovely Thai restaurant tucked away in Azusa! The service is always fast and friendly in a cozy atmosphere. The food is incredible! There is something on the menu for everyone! My favorite offering is the green curry tofu - they ask you which spice level you'd like... If you crave a flavorful kick - they will not disappoint! This pairs well with garlic string beans or sir fried fresh ginger, onion, mushroom and carrot. The kids adore the Chicken Satay and the Crying Tiger grilled marinated beef served with Thai spicy sauce.”

The meal specials they've been having have been cleaning out their shelf selections for hot meal plates but they do have online subscription and order pick ups available as well as delivery for an extra fee. Great food choices and options, and everything is calorie and carb counted so its perfect for meal prep and portion control. and super inexpensive!!!!”

I met Carmen she’s a sweet lady, I special ordered for an event a Kermes .We were talking for a minute or so and out of nowhere she asked me and I told her about the occasion, and she was like wait, I want to help out, and from the bottom of my heart I want to support and donated 2 dozens of bread. “I only came here because it was the closest restaurant to me for a simple bean and cheese burrito, and for $7 I was thinking it'd be a basic one I could find anywhere that was overpriced but expected in today's economy. It took a little over 5mins, but not a problem at all especially knowing that it's made to order. But man was I surprised when I first unwrapped the burrito; immediately I liked how they cooked the tortilla, it wasn't plain smooth as if they tossed it on the pan to just be warm, it was cooked and even a bit flaky which was a nice change to what I usually see. I was excited to take a bite, and to my surprise it tasted like my mom had just made it for me! The beans you can tell aren't from a can, but freshly cooked, mashed by hand, and they tasted great. The cheese was abundant and gooey, and I overall really loved this homemade burrito. I'd gladly pay $7 again when in the area for their lovingly-made bean and cheese burrito.”

“Chinese Taste surprised me in the best way. This place actually lives up to the reviews. The chow mein because somehow people still manage to mess that up. Not here. The noodles had real texture, not soggy or bland, and the flavor actually hits. Everything else? Solid across the board. The rice, chicken, BBQ pork, even the fish, everything tasted good and well seasoned, and like someone in the kitchen actually cares. No shortcuts, no weird aftertaste, just good food.

Honestly, this is one of those spots where the ratings make sense for once. If you’re in the area and thinking about it, just go you won’t regret it.”
