Audrey had some of the best customer service at a Starbucks I have ever seen. She was inviting, helped me pick a drink that I loved, and simply made my day. She should be cherished at all costs!
This is one of my favorite Starbucks ever. Wonderful people work there. Today I ordered an iced coffee which was watered down. Probably made incorrectly in the morning, and maybe I'm the only person to have said something about it. They graciously offered a cold brew as a replacement. Unfortunately that was also watered down. Both drinks were way off, extremely WEAK. I reluctantly took the cold brew, as it was slightly stronger than iced coffee. And they didn't offer any replacement...read full review
