I visited this Carl’s Jr. and, after receiving my order, realized that part of it was missing. I politely brought it to the employee’s attention and explained that I had ordered the 2 for $10 deal. Instead of trying to help, she immediately became argumentative and told me that I had never specified which burgers I wanted.
