I don't remember the last time I had waba grill.. must be years. We got some coupon in the mail so we decided to get some grub!The place is pretty empty when we arrived. We ordered 2 waba plates with drinks. A waba plate is chicken and steak. We had the option to choose between white or brown rice...to be healthy we got the brown rice lol. The food was OK. The meat was a little over cooked. I think the protein was cut before it was grilled. They should do what Yoshinoya does, grill then cut. With the larger surface area, it won't dry out so quickly.Their dumplings are basically pot stickers. To cook pot stickers, you fry them steam.
