“I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“

I would suggest that most people if not all should try one time n u 2 would be hooked too. “The mojito green tea is fabulous!!! It is soooo refreshing and citrus flavors are strong and mixes so well with the mint! Loved it!
My SO had the lycee tea and it is also great! The flavor is much more subdued than the mojito tea but nevertheless delicious. He really loved their popcorn chicken! We got a very large order for the price and he said it’s the BEST popcorn chicken he’s ever had. It’s not heavy with batter like most other places … he’s been eating it nonstop and already finished half the order as I’m writing this review! Definitely worth visiting again!!“

This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

The staff were friendly, interactive, and easy to talk to. They answered my questions with helpful information and made the experience feel welcoming.

🧋 Drinks
I ordered the Guanyin milk tea, which was recommended to me after I mentioned that I prefer a stronger tea flavor. It was a good recommendation, and I enjoyed that the tea taste came through well. Even though I ordered 100% sugar, the drink did not taste overly sweet, which I appreciated.

Overall, I had a good experience here. I would personally rate this place around a 4.3 to 4.7, but because the staff were so interactive and welcoming with customers, I would give them a 5. Keep it up!!“

The lychee oolong milk tea was creamy and smooth (my favorite), the lychee slushie was sweet and fruity, and the lychee jasmine lemon tea was so refreshing. “Was recommended Goomo Tea Shop by my wife and it didn't disappoint at all. As we entered, the interior was very modern, a lot of cute & colorful wall designs. A huge plus is the self serve kiosk and their very large menu. My wife and I took a bit to choose our drink options due to the large menu & first time, but since the shop wasn't busy, we took our time and the staff were very friendly about it. 1. Barley Mochi Fresh Milk Tea - Easily one of my favorites, the mochi combo with the barley is for sure a match. The barley in my opinion is an acquired taste, some like it, some don't but in my opinion, the barley in this shop is perfect. Very addicting & good size. I believe this drink can complement other drinks really well.

2. Watermelon Tornado - As someone who loves the tornado type drinks, this is the perfect drink for a hot day. Super refreshing, and the best part is that it's not too sweet. Perfect balance of ingredients to taste the watermelon & the drink itself. (+Pts for using fresh fruits) Highly recommend as one of the plentiful tornado type drinks.

Overall, wonderful shop, free and plentiful of parking in the plaza, good quality drinks, clean interior, and friendly staff. Will be back to this shop whenever I'm in the area to try the other menu options.“

“I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. They have outlets near the walls for charging. The drinks aren’t overly sweet and they don’t fill up on ice, so I recommend normal sweet/ice for those with a sweet tooth.“

“Whenever I'm in Arcadia, BenGong is one of my go to spots. Their menu is quite extensive and drinks never disappoint.

Parking is plentiful and free which is a nice plus.
Interior is very cute, good amount of tables as I see plenty of people sit and do work on their laptops here. To the right is a wishing tree that's decorated and perfect for photos. There's also a self ordering kiosk which is great when the shop gets busy.

The menu itself is very extensive and very unique. Ranging from brown sugar specials which is one of their signatures to one of my personal favorites, the sparkling series. They also have Yakult, cheese, and fruit series to order. Staff is friendly and quick as our drinks came out withing 5 minutes.

Very refreshing drink, peach doesn't overpower the drink as a whole and is just a perfect drink overall. Came in their deco cups which was a plus. Mixed very well with the Oolong Milk Tea, I would recommend this drink for anyone that has trouble deciding what to get. 10/10

-- Strawberry Peach Sparkling Tea ($6.25) --
I was pretty interested in the sparkling series and this one caught my eye the most. It's pretty much as expected, sparkling tea. Similar to a soda feeling, this was a solid refresher on a warm day. Although the taste kind of went away after about an hour, it was still a decent drink to try. Definitely checking the other sparkling drinks out next time I visit. 8/10

One underrated thing about this shop is their different type of cups. Ranging from the standard size cups, to their round cups and their decorated cups. Many drinks come in the smaller round cups so watch out for that if you're expecting a standard cup. Regardless, the cups are well made and super cute and sturdy.

Overall, wonderful shop with cute designs, friendly staff, and high quality drinks. You can't really go wrong with any drink here as they're all super flavorful. Highly recommend giving BenGongs a visit.“

I stopped by because I wanted to try it prior to ordering but unfortunately they only sell it for catering and it's not available in the store. I'm happy I took a chance on this new spot because he was right. It was absolutely delicious. It wasn't overly sweet and it balanced out perfectly with the ice. So many compliments on how good is tasted. I felt that price was fair especially for the quantity you received. It's $65 for 5 gallons plus a $25 deposit which you get back after you return back the Jug. I will be ordering here again plus they have so many smoothies I'd like to try.“

It’s a quick grab-and-go setup, kind of like Panda Express, where you pick 4 items plus your choice of white rice, fried rice, or noodles for only $14. They also offer free tea and free daily soup, which is a nice bonus!

Honestly, I think the food tastes way better than Panda Express. I especially enjoyed the free soup—it was delicious! 🤤 They have tons of options, from different proteins and vegetables to vegetarian choices, so there’s something for everyone.

So far, so good! I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.
