Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“Really liked this place overall. Tried their new Chinese‑style milk tea and one of the camellia tea drinks, both pretty solid. Tea flavor is strong but the finish is really clear, not that sugary mess, which I appreciate. The camellia one has this gentle floral thing going on that hangs around a bit after you sip. Staff were friendly in a low‑key way, helped me pick without pushing anything, tbh that matters. Atmosphere felt calm, soft background noise, easy to sit with my phone for a while and just zone out. Prices felt okay for what you get, works for me.“

I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. “Most boba places all taste the same, but their QUALITY sets them apart. The honey boba was SHOCKINGLY perfect. Not toooo chewy, slightly sweet, not hard. All the different tea flavors have been perfect.
Their popcorn chicken meal was super yummy too!

Was in the area and wanted some hot tea. Unfortunately, most in the area close early. They are one of the few that are open late.
There's plenty of free self parking.
The cafe is clean and has a few indoor tables and plenty of seating.

This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

The staff were friendly, interactive, and easy to talk to. They answered my questions with helpful information and made the experience feel welcoming.

🧋 Drinks
I ordered the Guanyin milk tea, which was recommended to me after I mentioned that I prefer a stronger tea flavor. It was a good recommendation, and I enjoyed that the tea taste came through well. Even though I ordered 100% sugar, the drink did not taste overly sweet, which I appreciated.

Overall, I had a good experience here. I would personally rate this place around a 4.3 to 4.7, but because the staff were so interactive and welcoming with customers, I would give them a 5. Keep it up!!“

“I went to the shop for the first time last week to purchase the stainless steel bottle and tofu meal. The young lady that took my order was helpful by explaining to me a couple of the features on my new bottle. While I do love my new bottle I do wish I didn't have to remove the straw to close the lid and unfortunately it doesn't fit in my cup holder. The tofu is delicious and the rice with kimchi (slightly fishy), seaweed (a little sweet) and pickle is also good. “This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. “I have been trying various milk tea places in the area to find a place that would cater milk tea for my upcoming wedding. My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. Their portions are much larger than other shops, and the tea flavor is pronounced and not covered by sugar/milk. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. “Stopped here by chance looking for a boba shop, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Milk Tea with the taro balls and the Nutella Mochi Taiyaki. All I can say is I wish we had one of these in my area! Especially that taiyaki, it was so warm, tasty but also very light. I hope to stop by again sometime. I ordered a jasmine green milk tea ($5.75) at 50% sweet with easy ice and boba ($0.75). Just the right amount of sugar with the right consistency for the boba. We picked The Logo Game and learned new facts about products and logos and what not from the game. Did you know that Baskin Robbins had 31 flavors particular to cover each day of the month? I didn't, until the game. Fun times.

“Was a perfectly fine boba place. We had the coconut based drinks, osmanthus and jasmine, with cheese foam. The osmanthus is more fragrant, perfect at 75% sweet. The jasmine probably needed 100% sweetness because it was a bit lighter in taste.
