“I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“

The black tea came through first, then the milk softened it, and the cream on top made each sip feel a little fuller. The pecan bits helped too, not just there for show. I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I would suggest that most people if not all should try one time n u 2 would be hooked too. “Good respectful environment here the cashier is very polite and patient with our order. I combined the passion fruit tea with peach and black tea, y mira, 👌 it's made perfectly.They have that good matcha here too. It tastes like matcha not too grassy because they add the perfect amount and mix it correctly. The popcorn chicken is a must a tiny bit spicy but my daughter loved it too much she ate everything. Went home and paired those leftoves with some pancakes and syrup. The gift that keeps on giving. The fried chicken wings with, i believe it was thai sauce, were delicious as well. “The mojito green tea is fabulous!!! It is soooo refreshing and citrus flavors are strong and mixes so well with the mint! Loved it!
My SO had the lycee tea and it is also great! The flavor is much more subdued than the mojito tea but nevertheless delicious. He really loved their popcorn chicken! We got a very large order for the price and he said it’s the BEST popcorn chicken he’s ever had. It’s not heavy with batter like most other places … he’s been eating it nonstop and already finished half the order as I’m writing this review! Definitely worth visiting again!!“

“I got Kung Fu Milk Tea with Bubble + Cocoa Cream/ Original Wow. I used to drink a lo of Kung Fu tea when I was in New York. This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

The staff were friendly, interactive, and easy to talk to. They answered my questions with helpful information and made the experience feel welcoming.

🧋 Drinks
I ordered the Guanyin milk tea, which was recommended to me after I mentioned that I prefer a stronger tea flavor. It was a good recommendation, and I enjoyed that the tea taste came through well. Even though I ordered 100% sugar, the drink did not taste overly sweet, which I appreciated.

Overall, I had a good experience here. I would personally rate this place around a 4.3 to 4.7, but because the staff were so interactive and welcoming with customers, I would give them a 5. Keep it up!!“

“Stopped by a small boba spot in La Puente and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The drinks were fresh, not overly sweet, and the boba had that perfect chewy texture—exactly how it should be.

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. “Was recommended Goomo Tea Shop by my wife and it didn't disappoint at all. As we entered, the interior was very modern, a lot of cute & colorful wall designs. A huge plus is the self serve kiosk and their very large menu. My wife and I took a bit to choose our drink options due to the large menu & first time, but since the shop wasn't busy, we took our time and the staff were very friendly about it. We ultimately decided on two options. I love the design of the cup, although common nowadays in some boba shops, It should be the default cup for all shops. Easily saleable drinks

1. Barley Mochi Fresh Milk Tea - Easily one of my favorites, the mochi combo with the barley is for sure a match. The barley in my opinion is an acquired taste, some like it, some don't but in my opinion, the barley in this shop is perfect. Very addicting & good size. I believe this drink can complement other drinks really well.

2. Watermelon Tornado - As someone who loves the tornado type drinks, this is the perfect drink for a hot day. Super refreshing, and the best part is that it's not too sweet. Perfect balance of ingredients to taste the watermelon & the drink itself. (+Pts for using fresh fruits) Highly recommend as one of the plentiful tornado type drinks.

Overall, wonderful shop, free and plentiful of parking in the plaza, good quality drinks, clean interior, and friendly staff. Will be back to this shop whenever I'm in the area to try the other menu options.“

My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. “I’ve been coming here for months as my go-to boba shop since it’s close by. You really can’t beat the value here, plus the food is decently good for a quick meal. It gets busy in the afternoons during the school year with high school students, so come early if you plan to do some work at a cafe, and bring noise canceling headphones. They have outlets near the walls for charging. The drinks aren’t overly sweet and they don’t fill up on ice, so I recommend normal sweet/ice for those with a sweet tooth.“

The bread was thin and crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the pork was super flavorful and juicy without being greasy.
