“This location is conveniently right next to a 99 Ranch Market, which is a definite go to for Asian food, snacks, and groceries! I like their selection of drinks and although the price is decently ranged, my favorite are the creamio's. (Specifically Mango Creamio!)? They have a large selection of boba's and this location is a bit small, but it's cute! Staff are super nice and restroom is always clean. Hope to see more individuals try this place out! Update: Not sure why the location is towards Base Line Road, but it's actually closer to the market than it is indicated on the map!

Parking: There are 2 plazas located in this area. Parking directly in front of the shop has been fairly easy for me though I have not seen any, wheelchair access from the curb to the shop.“

“I love tealove. They have so MANY options to choose from. Ranging from teas, juices, coffees and the list goes on. You also choose your level of sweetness. My husband loves the coconut milk tea with boba and brown sugar drizzle. I always get the strawberry coconut with popping strawberry and coconut jelly. My son got the mango lemonade and loved it. He's also tried the peach lemonade and liked it alot too. We ordered 5 minutes before getting there and when we got there our order was ready. They are super fast with orders.“

“I always drove by this cafe on the way to work, I figured it’s finally time to piqued my interest by checking them out. I ordered Nutella crepe with berry cream cheese and whip cream. It was super delicious and fresh, exactly how I like it. Accompanied by a Large Slush of Thai Tea, which was sweet and blended perfectly. Indoor dining is a bit small but adequate enough to dine in. Parking is plentiful infront of, on the side, and at the back, shared by the surrounding businesses. I didn’t have the chance to try the 21 layered Crepe cake or the bingsoo but will update this review when I do in the future. Staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions and explained everything. I’m not sure how busy they get but the wait time was fast and got my orders in less than 5mins. “I got the Four Seasons Cheese drink! The Four Seasons tea was topped with a layer of freshly made sea-salt cheese foam, and the sea-salt cheese foam was a 10/10 ? It definitely is MUCH higher quality than a lot of places lolllll It was so light but so creamy and delicious!!! It was pretty consistent too! The first sip of the foam tasted just the same as the next couple of sips, which was great that it didn’t just automatically sink and mix in with my tea! “We became regular clients after trying the boba here. My family and I love boba drinks and we each have different taste and preferences. They offer different drinks; Thai Tea, milk tea and a variety of different teas. The only bad thing is that their boba serving is the same for the regular and/or jumbo size and if you pay extra is not much of a difference. The employees are always nice and friendly. They always have a positive attitude and if you are undecided on what to order they will suggest a few drinks.

We always ask for 50% ice otherwise they will fill the cups with ice.“

“Update 10/22/2024: They just added a hot food counter and combo deals, where you can pick your main dish(es) and sides. The broccoli beef is flavorful, as well as the orange chicken. There are other dishes like Mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, honey shrimp, hot and sour soup.
