“We went during their soft opening so I wasn't expecting much. There was one guy, we presume it was the owner of the plane, that was manning both the ordering and the beverage making. Drinks came slow but the guy was multitasking pretty well considering our group of 8 ordered all at once.Decor was themed pink and bright, complete with a small photo booth.I had the Oreo mochi mochi and it was delicious. I will say though that it was slightly difficult to use the straw - the mochi got stuck a few times. Sweet as Oreo can be!Hubs had the taro mashed milk and that was delicious as well. I would recommend for those that aren't huge on sweet drinks. Mildly sweet creamy taro flavor.Overall, not bad for a soft opening and customer service was cordial and respectable.“

The variety is good, the toppings are good, the drinks are good. They price is good-ish depends on ur wallet, but they have a fking buy one get another 50% menu so that's cool. “I stopped here with my family the night we made it to Ontario, California for vacation, and it was such a fantastic choice!The staff were incredibly friendly, some even made some decent jokes. The inside of the building was quite nice, with very clean bathrooms. And of course, the food was delicious! A large menu with a wide variety of options for vegans and non-vegans alike was available. And the food was all totally healthy. So it was nutritious and delicious! I would recommend this for anybody staying in Ontario or visiting 10/10.“

“Boba Fiend is the best place to get tea! I'm a frequent flier at different tea places, and I'm pretty picky about my tea. I'm ashamed to say it, but it's true. For me, tea isn't always great at Starbucks or other places, but this place is always on point. My go-to order is the Fiend size of jasmine green tea with 50% peach flavor and crystal Boba. In the fall, black tea with wintermelon is delightful.“
“It's amazing every time I come here. I have been eating it before. Sauerkraut shredded pork noodles and jelly. I had fat sausage rice today. Very tasty too. Rice and vegetables are separated. Clean and tidy. The ingredients are good. It is a safe choice for eating out.“
“Great drinks. A few issues though:It seems like their usually understaffed, so expect long wait time if busy (with about 5 drinks/meals ahead of us, it took about 30 minutes). They also run out of stuff and sometimes forget what you asked for, but in the end, they have great customer satisfaction. When they fall short for any or all of these reasons, they compensate you very well. As long as they keep it up, they've got a regular customer here.“

First up was the Ube creme brulee that came with black pearl cream and a sweet blend of egg pudding with Ube jam topped with cheese foam, corn flakes and little chunks of flan. Man! That was some drink and now you know why I was feeling like I was feeling from the opening! The second pleaser was the Ube brownie overload and sweet tooth satisfier came with chunks of brownies and gram cracker crumble all swirling inside! Hold up! I'm not done! It was then topped off with cheese foam and corn flakes! They sure love sprinkling corn flakes! LoL! The service was good and they only have two small tables inside so it's more of a grab and go spot. This shop is located inside Seafood City. And that's my take on it, Peace...“

The only draw back I'd say is as far as toppings go the boba itself is bland and almost flavorless, like it's been rinsed before hand making it less appealing..UPDATE- the boba doesn't seem to be rinsed anymore. I like their honey jasmine green tea, however sometimes there's thin bits of plastic in my drink akin to egg shell? which they are sorry about and say comes from the ice maker. They will remake your drink but it's happened a dozen times and it's unpleasant every time.Also they've suspended their stamp card program which just makes boba fiend down the street look like a better option.They never have plastic in their drinks in my experience.“
