“Stopped by this place today after lunch. They offer a buy one get one 20% off on Mondays and Tuesdays. The teas good and the milk teas have an option for black, green, and oolong tea as the base. It’s a bit hidden, but the price is good in comparison to other tea shops in the area.“

“Came here to try it out and my tongue was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I could actually taste some good green tea in my drink. I've been to other tea places around the area and most are deluded sugar water with barely a hint of tea. Will come back to try the milk tea and boba next time.“

The owner Joan was so sweet! Joann, River, and Jenny showed great customer service! I really felt at home here! I ended up getting a matcha royale with strawberry and I added a scoop of Ube ice cream! I was able to ask for my own creation! This was so good! You gotta give this place a try!“

“Favorite spot now for boba. I get the cocobutterflythai tea because I prefer coconut milk to regular milk. It was good. So is the guerrilla Thai and the strawberry snow with sea foam. You can't go wrong with any of these choices depending on your likes of course.“

“If you’re looking for soup that’s hot and spicy and gets you all toasty then this is the spot for you! We ordered a couple of the recommended soups and other sides like the fried rice with a side of Beef Cilantro. Oh wow! The soup was nice a spicy with plenty of flavor with every sip.
That was the Beef Noodle Soup. Their Wonton soup was also a winner with the wonton skins being so flavorful and tender. The Fried Rice is a great complement for anything you order in my opinion. Lastly the Beef Cilantro dish was a perfect ending to our feast. The service was on point and thanks to Rain our server it made our experience a memorable one. So if you’re in the mood for something like this then check it out and get on the waitlist because this place tends to get pretty crowded.“

“Great drinks. A few issues though:It seems like their usually understaffed, so expect long wait time if busy (with about 5 drinks/meals ahead of us, it took about 30 minutes). They also run out of stuff and sometimes forget what you asked for, but in the end, they have great customer satisfaction. When they fall short for any or all of these reasons, they compensate you very well. As long as they keep it up, they've got a regular customer here.“

During our visit, only one staff member was handling orders while also refilling the dispensers, which led to a wait of over 20 minutes for just one cream puff, despite there being only a few customers in line.“
