The staff member who took our order was knowledgeable and patient, especially since we took a bit longer to decide. The popcorn chicken was perfectly cooked, and I appreciated the option to get extra spice on the side to customize the heat level. I also ordered a milk tea with 50% sweetness and boba, which was delicious. The vibe was relaxed, with several TVs playing One Piece and Teen Titans, making it a great spot to chill. “Our first time visiting Yin Yang Tea and it definitely wont be our last! Not only was the customer service great but the overall vibe of this shop was lively while also having a very relaxed atmosphere, the shop is decorated with photos, stickers, art, and they have a large selection of board games! My girlfriend and I both got a choco mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. We both agreed that our mochas were perfectly sweet and creamy, and the cookie (not pictured because we ate it) wasn't too sweet and has a smooth buttery taste.“

“The Pistachio Strawberry Milk drink here is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet either and I like the Strawberry puree as im eating chunks of strawberries while drinking. It's part of their pistachio series drinks and found in their ordering kiosk near the front counter and not on their above menu board. Could have used a little more pistachios on top and less ice. Would order again though, I liked it!

The service was good but there was an issue. Tried to download the rewards app to get points for this order as this was my first time here at any of the locations. Went through the process til they asked for the code that was texted messaged to my phone. Tried several times but no code was sent. I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I have tried at least 20 different drinks and enjoyed all of them. The staff is friendly and professional, worth a stop whether you just want a drink or some delicious food. Highly recommend!! “My family and I absolutely love Bobo Cha Bar. They have a great variety of drinks and foods, both savory and sweet. I'm sensitive to sugar and processed foods and therefore have to be selective where I eat out. At Bobo Cha Bar, I can enjoy their drinks and food and feel fine which is a relief for me. We also celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday there and they prepared a beautiful and delicious selection of savory and sweet treats. The atmosphere is fun and tasteful. The owner Venus and her sister take great pride in their shop and are always friendly and welcoming. We go there as often as we can. Highly recommend!“

There is a big variety on the menu for drinks and they also offer sandwiches and other hot foods/ snacks. I tried their bubble waffle and its delicious! You can customize the drink sweetness and ice level as well and the potions are nice! Staff is also very friendly, the seating area is comfortable and clean and they have a restroom for customers. There's several spots to sit such as the sofas and the tables and they also have a kiosk to order from as well and they offer a stamp card. Highly recommend ✨“

“I got Kung Fu Milk Tea with Bubble + Cocoa Cream/ Original Wow. I used to drink a lo of Kung Fu tea when I was in New York. “I say this every time .. boba after dinner is essential! Took my siblings here to try this spot out.

Parking: Free parking lot. Finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with limited indoor seating. They have couches and ottomans, so it's not your usual tables and chairs. There are a few outdoor seating with tables and chairs. We visited late at night, and it was consistently busy.

Service: There were only two workers. The cashier that assisted us was patient and nice. Throughput was quick and efficient after ordering, despite it being busy.

Drinks: If you've been to Krak Boba, then you'll notice they offer similar drinks. You can adjust the sweetness by a specific percentage. They only offer one size. I ordered the green Thai tea with 75% sweetness, and it was very floral and tasted decent. The fruit tea slushies are refreshing, and the ginger ale was indeed fizzy. My siblings ordered boba with their drinks. They thought the boba was okay; texture was too chewy and lacked the brown sugar taste.

“I just love this place!! They have the absolute best and biggest hamm and cheese croissant that's almost a 2 hander! The cheese is so gooey and yummy. And so many different kinds of donuts! And while they have the basics, they also have some really different ones that are cool. I love their Rose Milk tea too! And the nice lady who is always there is so nice and efficient. “Absolutely astounded with the expansion of 3CAT series to Chino Hills. This spot specifically is smaller than the other locations I've been to, limited seating, and no public restrooms at this location, although you can find restroom easily as it's in a outdoor shopping center. Can get super busy during peak hours but is accommodated by their two self ordering kiosks. Shop itself is very minimalist vibe but is very clean and modern style. 10/10. Staff is pretty quick with the orders but I always order on their mobile app Snackpass to get rewards. (Every 10 cups = 1 free drink of
choice.)

Parking here is easy, although gets busy at times all around the lot. Certain spots are paid but it's mostly free and in walking distance. I've tried most of their drinks here and it's always just super refreshing and addicting.

“I Went here for the first time today and the store itself is very clean, well lit and inviting. I bought one of each flavor of mochi donut because I wanted to try them all. They were all very good. The plain glazed is perfect. The strawberry glazed was my favorite. The Dubai donut was also excellent. The donuts were all very fresh tasting and the texture was light and bouncy. The icing on all of them was light and the perfect texture. I definitely recommend coming here to try their donuts. I'm definitely coming back!“
