I've been to this place several times. First, the drinks quality here vary day by day. My go-to is matcha milk tea and s'mores special and sometimes they'd taste amazing and flavorful but other times it'd be grainy and an awful color. Not sure what her name was customer service was good. She was pretty welcoming. It was just 1 staff that was working that day. I was coming here for a boba fix the day after escape since I was in the area. Sweet girl who worked at the register. Just swung by Boba Crave, and it's a vibe! Tasted my way through the Red Velvet Milk Shake, Dirty Horchata, and Matcha Milk Tea - pure flavor bliss! Even though my boyfriend's a regular (owns a nearby business), their A+ customer service extends to everyone. Also, those Turtle Chips? A tasty departure from the usual chips scene. Solid spot for some unique sips and bites!
