I’ve had amazing experience after experience here. The staff are always super kind and helpful so its more than just the quality teas and decked out waffles that keep me coming back. Completely recommend 10/10!
The menu has a lot of options to choose from and the way they name the items are pretty hip.My favorites are the Thai Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, and Matcha - all with brown sugar boba.My sister loves the Taro (on ice, blended/shakes) with brown sugar boba and my bae likes Black Milk Tea with Oreo crumbs and boba. Great drinks. A few issues though:It seems like their usually understaffed, so expect long wait time if busy (with about 5 drinks/meals ahead of us, it took about 30 minutes). They also run out of stuff and sometimes forget what you asked for, but in the end, they have great customer satisfaction. When they fall short for any or all of these reasons, they compensate you very well. As long as they keep it up, they've got a regular customer here.
