Gassss, love the horchata milkshake, got me acting unwise ??
Great drinks. A few issues though:It seems like their usually understaffed, so expect long wait time if busy (with about 5 drinks/meals ahead of us, it took about 30 minutes). They also run out of stuff and sometimes forget what you asked for, but in the end, they have great customer satisfaction. When they fall short for any or all of these reasons, they compensate you very well. As long as they keep it up, they've got a regular customer here.
I’ve had amazing experience after experience here. The staff are always super kind and helpful so its more than just the quality teas and decked out waffles that keep me coming back. Completely recommend 10/10!
