“First time here and I loved it! I got the vegetarian ham bahn mi, my friend the veggie turkey. Both were amazing. The bread was so crisp and light. Crunchy veggies and tasty plant based 'meat'. It did come with mayo, so not vegan without modification. They also sell the veggie deli meat by itself!
Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian ham, turkey and chicken options for the sandwiches. They do come wirh mayo, so not vegan without modification. But the ham and turkey were delicious!“

“This charming hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese eatery is a true hidden gem. While the space may be modest, the flavors coming out of the kitchen are anything but. The menu is refreshingly simple, focusing on quality over quantity, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the generous portions they serve. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal that doesn't break the bank.
The pho is a standout—rich, aromatic broth with layers of savory depth, paired with tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles. It’s the kind of dish that warms your soul and keeps you coming back. Their noodles are equally delightful, with just the right balance of chewiness and flavor. And don’t even get me started on the egg rolls! Whether you go for the light, fresh summer rolls or the golden, crispy fried egg rolls, each bite is a burst of authentic, well-balanced flavors.
The vibe of the place adds to its charm. It has an unpretentious, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a well-kept secret among locals. The cozy setting makes it an ideal spot for a casual lunch or a low-key dinner.
Honestly, I’m almost hesitant to share this review because I know it will only make the lunchtime lines longer—but this place is too good not to recommend! Whether you’re a Vietnamese food enthusiast or just looking for something hearty and delicious, this eatery is well worth a visit.“

“Food was decent better than some other Vietnamese places I've tried. I did like the rolls. One thing I didn't like was that they didn't turn the AC on and when you're in 100° weather I think if someone's paying for their food the least you could do is turn the AC on so that they can enjoy their meal. It's family owned so the family basically sat in the dining room chilling like it was their living room lol“

“This is my goto Vietnamese restaurant for their Pho Ga and hainanese chicken. I ordered the chicken pho, my wife had the hainanese chicken. They were delicious and their ginger sauce is the bomb. This is our 5th time since we discovered it. The prices are cheaper than others, the portions were big and CASH only.“
“This spot is my favored. I eat in many restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very cordial and the cooking they offer is so appetizing. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.“

“Food here is quick and decently priced. The prices DID go up alot! Eggrolls use to be $0.60 before covid. Now it's $1.10! Other items too did go up price, but still resonsable...BUT I will never get their Pho's.. its SO flavorless.“

“It's easily the best Banh Mi joint in all of SoCal. This place tops them all. The attention to detail is superb. They come individually packaged in a box, sauce, and veggies on the side to keep the sandwich crisp. Bread made in house, probably, based on the way the bread has irregular edges and the overall quality. Bread is soft and light in the middle and extra crispy on the outside. The best sandwich here is the Roasted Pork. Listen, there's the usual dry roasted pork you get from those roasted duck houses, and then there's this. All you foodies know what im talking about. This roast is simply done right. It's crispy and light skin around soft juicy meat and fat. No hard glass shards breaking off a over done wet roasted pork belly here. It's roasted to perfection. You know it's cooked at a perfect 165 to retain the juices. The chef really really knows what he/she is doing. Don't expect all meat and no fat. It's not a bourgeois place. And dont expect a 12 dollar rip off. It's not that either. It's a wholesome mom and pop join that service fair priced $7.50 specialty sandwiches that you can't even compare to quality in Vietnam's best joint. Come here with confidence, it's simply the best Banh Mi in all of Southern California. I'm willing to bet the best for its price in all of the US and Vietnam combined. Go try it and you will definitely agree. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.“
