“I absolutely love this spot for Vietnamese food. Every dish I've tried has been consistently flavorful, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying. My standout favorites include the fried egg rolls, the Banh Mi Bo Kho, and the Bo Luc Lac--each prepared with impressive attention to detail and authentic taste.

There's still so much on the menu I'm excited to explore, so I'll certainly be returning to Pho Hai. An honorable mention goes to their Spring rolls, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Thai Tea, both of which are wonderfully bold, rich, and balanced.

“It's a one man band, so it took awhile for us to get our food. You will need patience. But when it comes out, it was so worth it! Next time I'd try calling and order ahead, or order a takeout. There's a lot next door that has zero marking, but you can park there.“

“Had a quick early lunch here on a Tuesday, around 11am. No wait, tables were available. Ordered Pho Bac XL plus added tendons, and an Iced Coffee. Food came really fast. My bowl of Pho Bac came out piping hot, which is good. Extra tendons came in a separate bowl. The amount of food that came in XL size is more than adequate, I’m quite satisfied. The broth was just right, not too salty. The Iced Coffee complemented the meal well. Seating here tends to be on the tighter side. I was in and out within 35 minutes.“

“I would have come here sooner if I knew they had non-vegetarian dishes! When my vegan friend wanted to meet me for lunch here I said sure, thinking I'd leaving hungry and boy was I wrong. The lemongrass chicken is amazing and it's a big portion too. The prices are reasonable and this place is easy to get to. I recommend giving it a try!“

“When I first arrived to this restaurant, I didn’t see any other diners and was quite hesitant. But soon enough they proved my ‘pre-thoughts’ wrong.
Definitely one of the best Vietnamese home cooked meals at a restaurant in the area. The flavour is so authentic that can transport you back to the Southern of Vietnam (mien Tay) in a bite. We ordered the lunch set for family and cannot fault a thing. It came with canh chua, ca chien, goi tom thit, ca kho, bap cai chua. Flavour was mouth watering and all very good value for money. This is such a hidden gem. Highly recommend!“

“I love this place !! I so enjoy the regular and the sesame seeds baguettes; the seeds give a delicious taste. Don't believe me. Try it. Their chicken sandwich has vegetables. “This place is an amazing hole in the wall and I don't understand how this is not a franchise by now. I love trying new food places and not my first time having Vietnamese but I will say that this IS my first time having it. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had! Jimmy served us and was amazing! My best friend and I had a great time and we will definitely be coming back out! Thank you so much!
