Summer Rolls Reviews
The best summer rolls in town. I drove from West Hollywood area to pick some up to take to Hollywood Bowl.

Summer Rolls is a popular Vietnamese restaurant known for its delicious cuisine. The restaurant serves amazing spring rolls, including nem Nuong cuon (fermented pork roll) and Bánh Bèo (steamed rice cake with shredded dried shrimp, croutons, and spring onion), which come with special dipping sauces. Other Vietnamese dishes are also available, such as the Vietnamese crepe. The service is quick and efficient, and despite the restaurant's small size, it manages to serve customers well. The restaurant has two locations, with one offering more space and being better suited for groups, while the other has a more trendy and lively atmosphere. Customers praise the quality of the food, with one reviewer's Vietnamese relative approving the flavors of the bun bo hue. The restaurant is often busy, especially on Sundays, but the atmosphere remains relaxing for a nice dinner out. Recently added reviews highlight the restaurant’s creative take on banh mi, featuring ciabatta bread and a runny egg on top of the meat, making it a must-try for visitors. The staff are friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. Many customers also enjoy the spring rolls, beef plate with chili oil, and the flavorful noodle soup. Overall, Summer Rolls offers a warm, casual setting with tasty dishes loved by both locals and visitors alike.
