Takes a little effort to get to know the server to get good service. Maybe it was because we ordered everything for 4 people. The pho tai and dac biet were not pictured but the rest was good. Best was the jackfruit salad. I asked for the fermented shrimp sauce and she was kind enough to give me some.
5 Stars is one of the many Viet spots in El Monte.Ordered take out and it was ready on time.Goi Cuon Tom Thit - $7.50 - 2 spring rolls. Decent and fresh. Expensive for the portion.5 Stars Pho - $14.50 - Good broth. Meat was good. Not a fan of meatballs but this was the only pho option.Bun Ho Hue Large - $14.50 - Broth had nice spice. I loved the knuckle. Good portion size.

Favorite place to get bun Bo hue in the sgv! Their cha(Vietnamese pork sausage) is so delicious! And I'm a fan of everything else in the dish as well. Super tender beef slices and tasty broth.
