“This old SAIGON restaurant changed to a new owner, Pho Yen, still has the same old setting as I loved, the food is somewhat tastier, more flavorful with the dish BUN HAM with hometown flavor.

“I feel like this place is a bit underated these days, people are always hating on this restaurant chain because of their atmosphere and customer service. I mean like sure, they transfered owners but still this is a Vietnamese place the atmosphere was dammed to be bad, plus I don't know if I was because I'm a Vietnamese person myself but the ladies never actually say rude things or judge you, they usually chat about life. I understand it's a bit annoying hearing them talk the whole time but that's the same for almost every asian food chain.“
