“I wanted to share our amazing experience with Ray at Mélange restaurant in Le Méridien Pasadena. Since my wedding was out of the country, my parents wanted to host a local dinner for friends and family who couldn’t make it, and Ray was the perfect person to help us pull it off.

Ray, the manager at the restaurant, provided exceptional service for our intimate gathering. His attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our specific needs truly made the event special. He went above and beyond to create a cozy atmosphere for our small group of 30 guests.

We also requested a fully vegetarian menu, which can sometimes be a challenge for restaurants. However, Ray worked closely with us and consulted the Chef to craft a delicious westernized vegetarian menu that everyone loved. He even created printed menus for our dinner, adding a nice touch!

Hosting our gathering at Mélange turned out to be a fantastic choice. The staff (Ray, Horace, & others) made our celebration truly memorable. If you're considering hosting an elegant dinner, baby shower, bridal party, or birthday here, I would highly recommend it! Ask for Ray - You'll be in good hands!“

Ordered the chicken katsu curry and some tempura To-Go!
The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!! It came with green onions and tempura flakes on top. The curry was tasty and had a great consistency. Very delicious and a nice option for an udon eatery. I added to my meal from their tempura selection: zucchini, potato and egg. All delicious and crunchy!
I'd give it a solid 9 out of 10. It definitely satisfied my craving.

The inside was very clean! ✅

The staff were friendly, helpful and quick! The overall customer service was a 9.5 out of 10.

“Pretty solid noodle house with yummy broth and a good variety of choices to order from. We ordered the Crabmeat Tomato Basil Noodles and House Special with Mixed Noodles. We thought the flavors were good and there was enough to take home for some leftovers. The place wasn’t crowded before noon. This is our second time here and they have specials if you order over $39 worth of food and pay in cash you can get a drink included with your meal. Hope this place stays around. Parking on the street if it’s available.“

“There were not many people at midweek lunch, the food was served quickly, the service was average, the environment was acceptable, and the taste basically reached the level of domestic roadside stalls. The braised beef noodle soup is very sour and salty. There is no beef flavor in the soup. It has a strong sauerkraut flavor and a strong soy sauce flavor and color. It is better to call it hot and sour beef noodles. The beef tastes good and the overall color is dark, very Shandong cuisine style. Buckwheat The noodles were very long and the waiter handed over the scissors in time. The large plate of chicken shaved noodles was bland and tasteless, thick and narrow, and the skill of the knife is hard to describe; but the chili oil was delicious and fragrant, which saved it one star. Generally speaking, it is a decent lunch for the purpose of filling the stomach quickly and easily.“
