WHAT I GOT: - Signature Beef Noodle Soup with Knife Cut Noodles ($14.50) - 7/10- Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with Triangle Noodles ($15.50) - 7/10- Beef Roll ($11.80) - 6/10 I really like that you can pick the type of noodles and the texture of the noodles are great! The tomato egg noodles were delicious. I asked for light salt and it was perfect for me. I enjoyed the chewiness of the hand cut noodles and am sure to return again. Service was swift and efficient. It was a full house and had lots of people eating even at 3pm on a Friday.

Food is great. Price is very reasonable. Wait time was not that long but it was kind of hard to get a hold of someone to ask for napkins. It is an open food court type of environment and lots of people walking by.
