As a customer who has frequented this spot for over a year, I genuinely love the food quality. However, customer service is inconsistent.
While most servers are fine, the oldest woman on staff creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I absolutely love Noodle St and my wife and I finally found the time to try out this location in Arcadia Mall. Although this is not like the other Noodle St locations when it comes to seating/restaurant vibes, it services quite the same. With a open area where you can see all the passersby while you're dining in.

i LOVEEEEE noodle st, another chain you can’t go wrong with!! some of the best noodles (love tomato egg and signature beef noodles)!!

Noodle St. offers a good price and a great selection of noodles and various snacks. The Garlic Green Beans are a must-have, perfect for sharing with the Stir Fried Noodles. Guests can choose their noodle shape, like flat noodles, which are chewy and yummy. The Signature Beef Noodles and beef roll are favorites, with the option to add chili at the table for desired spice. The broth is clean and not overly salty, and the unsweetened tea tastes like real brewed tea. Chicken wontons are big and juicy, and the Tomato Egg Noodle has actual flavor. The sauces for the wontons and Qinghai noodles are addictive. The service is friendly, fast, sweet, and quick, with a view into the kitchen of chefs hand pulling the noodles. Lunch for two can be on the pricey side, but the whole experience is perfect. Overall, a solid place for big beef bone noodles, worth a visit if nearby.
