The miso soup that came with the bento box was a little on the salty side. The beef also felt a bit in the salty side, but the chicken was perfect. Both meats also had a smokey flavor that was excellent. Will definitely return!“

The texture is unbelievably tender and smooth, not a bit rubbery. You can tell it’s made with care. The chicken skin has a lovely, subtle gelatinous quality, and when you pair it with the fragrant rice and the incredible house-made chili and ginger scallion sauces… it’s just perfection. Don’t sleep on their other dishes, either. The potato noodles come in a massive, steaming clay pot with a soup base that’s both spicy and deeply flavorful. The fried buns are golden, crispy little clouds of goodness. The atmosphere is super casual and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly. BUT if you're looking for some delicious mouth watering dumplings cooked in various forms then you're at the CORRECT place. “My family and I love your food. There are only two things I don’t like. The first is that the rice is very sticky, to the point that it’s difficult to separate when eating. The second is that they put too much cabbage, which honestly doesn’t have much flavor. My recommendation is to replace it with something else.

Broth is super rich, noodles are cooked to perfection and they have all the toppings and add ons that you want. Extra noodles come al dente and with some extra broth. Staff is attentive and will happily service your extra noodles.“
