The chicken skin has a lovely, subtle gelatinous quality, and when you pair it with the fragrant rice and the incredible house-made chili and ginger scallion sauces… it’s just perfection. “Was brought here on recommendation. I had no idea what to expect was honestly wasn’t sure about it.

Once we ordered and the food came out I was pretty delighted to see everything on the plate. Ate it down real fast. Flavors worked well together and the texture of the ramen was soft yet held together and it was an amalgamation of greatness. I poured the vinegar on it and am usually not a fan of vinegar in general, decided to do it anyway and was really happy on how much it transformed the ramen without being overwhelming. Lastly, a cup of rice was dumped into the remainder I cleaned it up.

BUT if you're looking for some delicious mouth watering dumplings cooked in various forms then you're at the CORRECT place. I brought my mom here and we tried the pork chive regular dumplings, the pan fried beef and cumin dumplings and the regular fried rice. All of it was delicious. Also they give you a complimentary bowl of egg drop corn soup. NOT a small bowl but a good size portion, it was GOOOOOD. I will definitely be back with the rest of the family and I want to try the beef noodle soup. DON'T fall asleep on the fried rice.“
