Love the chai tea I don't get ice so I get more drink
ordered a matcha lattee in a venti with room for strawberry cold foam. it came out a grande so I asked for it in a venti like the order says.
they gave me watery venti with 1 piece of ice. that was absolutely deliberate. at that point im scared of what they'll to my next order so i just left and trashed it. they should be decent to the patients too, not just the nurses and doctors

I ordered a tall iced matcha latte with oatmilk. It tastes like water !! The label doesn't specify that i asked for oatmilk so I'm not even sure they used it. Its like 70% foam (I stopped asking for foam in my matcha for this reason) 20% actually matcha and 10% ice. Its closer to white than green. The other drinks were fine. They didn't have boba straws for the seasonal summer berry lemonade, so you have to kind of have to pick out the boba with your fingers or something. The...read full review
