“I always come here for the biónicos they are so good the fruit is fresh and sweet! The lady Maggie there was super nice and asked if I had any allergies which is super nice! I tried their green drink recently and it was SO GOOD!! 🖤🤤although my only complaint would be that she is always alone and it does get packed quite a bit and we do wait 10 minutes because there is a lot of people but Maggie is always doing her best and makes the food and drinks amazing! More help should definitely be hired“

The brown sugar boba milk tea is rich in tea flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba is perfectly chewy and soft — absolutely delicious. “Yi’s Cafe is hands down the most competitive for the value you’re getting. The coffee is great, and their sandwiches are honestly the best value for your buck — better quality than anywhere else nearby at a price that’s hard to beat. Every time I order, the owner throws in a free muffin or two, no charge. Small touch, big difference. Highly recommend.

First time was Valentine's Day meal that we loved so much that we took our college-age children and their significant others for a special birthday meal. They were impressed with the food, the presentation, the wine, the service, the view, all of it, and said they plan to also come back for special event meals. Hidden gem! Menu selections are creative, memorable, delicious and priced better than any other place around that serves food of this level. Service is friendly and attentive. Cal Poly Pomona students do the work at RKR, and it feels good to support the cause. Usually only open part of the year when college courses are in session, but we're excited to hear from our server that there are plans to expand service to summer also. A professor from the college was on hand to oversee the experience and was delightful & gracious to talk with and learn from (her knowledge of wine is extensive & informative).“

“Absolutely love the coffee here i wish these guys would take place of all the tarbucks locations unlike tarbucks Klatch can make a great cup of joe while working the fire cleanup, we would frequent this location often definitely worth the drive even this past week i completely missed my exit off the 210 had to double back. For the great smile as I walk through the door amazing energy from the staff and leaving with a ham & cheese sandwich and a large iced not so average joe.

“Loved going to this place as a first timer. Was a little scared coming in by myself as this was a new experience for me and the cafe was all alone with no customers. But thankfully the maid on duty made me feel very welcome. She was really friendly and sweet. I asked her questions about certain food items and she answered back in a friendly way. They had some cute kpop and jpop music playing in the background that helped me relax and unwind for the day.

The food was amazing and flavorful. I ordered the katsu chicken curry and the tiger milky tea and both were delicious! The katsu chicken had some crunch to it and was served hot and fresh. The curry reminds me of my favorite gravy sauce used for mashed potatoes on thanksgiving and it was really good! The tiger milky tea was ice cold, sweet, and savory just how I like it.

Overall the environment, food, and hospitality was awesome! I loved this new experience and will definitely be coming back to try some fresh foods and desert items from this little cafe :)“

They also have amazing drink items and food items that are literally all on-point. Try their phat cookies too which are so underpriced it’s redic - the plug got nothing on these… the owner is always experimenting too and totally open to feedback, true Whittier community member and spot!“

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

The new owners are very courteous and took extra time to ensure we had everything we needed, even giving us a complimentary Cinnamon roll. The environment and location is as sweet of a neighborhood experience you can find in the LA area.“

“I actually ordered their chicken and waffle for breakfast and not thinking this can be that great (because I didn't choose this place but my mom did 😬). However, to my surprise, the Belgium waffle was huge and has a very good texture with a special dough. And Man, that chicken thigh is something else! I love that chicken was marinated first, then fired (or baked) so it's juicy and not dry at all! Not to even mention the Hispanic servers there can speak Chinese so that's why they can draw my mom back (and now me)! 🤣 👏 Bravo Nano Cafe 👏“

“Good old fashion breakfast place. Menu is big. We haven't been here for awhile. Prices do go up, but it is what it is. Prices are high everywhere. Portions are large, so it's all worth it. “Smoking Tiger is my go to chain coffee place and this location is no exception! Service here is always pleasant, accommodating and quick!

All coffee matcha and teas are expertly crafted, and you can tell in each sip. The pastries are giving french-korean vibes and are well executed.

My favorite is the smoking Spaniard, banana milk latte, matcha latte with cold foam and Chai latte with cold foam.

Also a great place to study and get some work down with great tunes always playing in the background.“

“Well worth visiting this shop. You can't see it from the street, but worth the trip. It's in the same building as the UPS store. The mango pastry was very good, and the Smores latte I had was excellent. They even caramelized the whipped topping. The first sip was magical. 😁 Definitely going back.“

They even have a window to the kitchen so you (or your kids) can watch the magic happen in the kitchen. The first time I went there I was reminded of my Dad and my time in Palermo.
