“My go to morning spot for my coffee and breakfast. The staff are friendly, efficient, and go that extra mile.

Example: The feta/spinach wrap thing slipped through its sleeve and fell on the street while I was walking back to my apartment, and I returned to pay another one. They gave me one for free! So sweet and just made my day. Also super kind to my little purse dog whenever we come by.“

This Starbucks in El Monte is a great spot, especially if you’re looking for a place to relax, work, or network. One thing I really appreciated is that they have plenty of areas where you can plug in your devices, which makes it super convenient if you need to get some work done.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you need to use the restroom, you just ask for the code, and they’re happy to help. They also don’t mind if you sit and stay for a while, as long as you’re being respectful, which creates a really comfortable and welcoming environment.
It was pretty busy when I visited, so I chose to sit outside, which was still a great experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to spend some time, whether you’re meeting someone, working, or just enjoying your drink.

“Great service! However, I asked for light ice. But I got a lot. I asked for light ice on my drink because I ordered the summer skies drink. I had to ask for an extra cup because of this rude girl who said “sorry”, but I was still not happy because she had given me attitude. This was today on 07/27 at 4:30. The reason I had asked for light ice was because I ordered the drink with popping boba & if there was too much ice in my drink, it would be hard to suck the boba. I could’ve gotten choked because i don’t want to suck too hard on the pearls. There was a girl that died because she sucked the boba pearls too hard. Even tho I was not happy about the situation, there was an Aisha guy who was very nice.“

“I frequent this location and their service is always quick and friendly. I wanted to leave a 5-star review specifically for today's experience. I was there on May 27th around 8:30AM, and the staff working the drive thru speaker was an absolutely pleasure to speak to. He really went above and beyond.“

“I didn’t expect to find myself enjoying a pleasant conversation with Ana and another male barista to which I failed to get his name (I’m sorry) and enjoying a great drink. I ordered a lavender foam matcha and the barista made it out to how the photos look on the ad vs other locations that barely put any of the foam. Thank you for the great customer service!“

“I had came by yesterday around 3:40 to get a hot blonde mocha and they had messed up my order, so I had to call 3 times before someone answered the 4th time but they did take a note of it and I came by today and the shift lead was very nice and understanding and made sure we got our order correct this morning and was really nice about it. We need more people with customer service like him“

“9/25/26 I walked into the Starbucks today with a friend. I was quite surprised how the inside of the store looks. I thought it was very neat in here. Very clean. The employees acknowledged us coming in and going out and were so nice. I ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha coffee. I bought my friend a grande iced caramel macchiato. We both really loved their drinks here! I also ordered a pumpkin loaf to share. This was also really good! There was even an employee who came around and asked if we needed anything else and if they could pick up our trash from our table. I haven't seen this done at a Starbucks in a long time! I would rate this Starbucks a six out of five if I could. Definitely recommend you try here!“
