They had amazing energy and were so kind, I had an issue with the mobile order but they were able to situate that and help me through the whole process. Thank you Johnathan and Noah“
“Thank you for the barista that changed my coffee lid , I ask the barista to please hand me a lid for my coffee with a napkin as I notice her hand pressing on my lid , now it’s not like before I get it I worked in restaurant and rule is you never touch the lid or the the top of the glass or whatever . COVID hit and money exchange with lids at Starbucks gets me into the most panic and anxiety and that is why I avoid public places . I just want to thank the young lady at 730 am that help me in drive through for keeping her professional as I know is very odd and weird someone behaving in such situation . It was a very difficult thing for me to do ,!“
“I usually stop by here on the way to my mom's. I order the vanilla bean frap for my son and for me, sometimes matcha frap or caramel frap. Yes, we love our fraps lol. Every time we go, the workers are extremely nice and makes the order go smoothly. The drinks come out within minutes and we are happy campers. I was in an extra happy mood this morning, I usually tip them well..but today I decided to give them more than usual. The lady at the window was understanding when i told her "sorry" about parking so far away from the window. She gave me the drinks, plus my grilled cheese. I gave her my money and said keep the change, her face lit up. I know how every thing is super expensive now and times can get tough. My extra dollars may seem nothing to me but, to her..meant everything. Imagine if everyone tipped her every day the same way i did. She looked like a college student, so i did a good deed and that made me feel awesome. She was so happy that she waved bye to me. Those are the moments we live for- seeing everyone happy. I was extremely satisfied with my order and she smiled. Win-win!!“
“It's inside of a dealership so expect some crowd there was a long line this day. As you wait for your vehicle while being serviced. But if you go earlier before 10 u will be okay. My second visit here but the 1st time I had a 9am appt offer free complimentary coffee or tea it's just the basic so if you want a better drink expect to pay. Also, don't expect water the machine was broken @ least that is what I was told.“

“I stop by this starbucks often especially during the summer. I always have positive experiences and I ordered a couple drinks for the family. The cold foam wasn't made the best and nor was the serving. Its okay though because the customer service made up for it. I didnt get the name of the young man taking orders for drive thru but he was very generous. I will come back to this location only because this one time experience wasn't impactful nor negative. They were minor issues that arent irrelevant.“
