Neighborhood parking here is a little tricky because of the nearby traffic light and one-way street on Hahn Ave. However, there is usually available street parking within a block.Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, including outdoor seating under nearby shade trees. I made a mobile order for another location and accidentally ended up at this location. The barista asked me what I ordered and promptly made my drink, saving me a trip and making my day!Pro-tip: This location does not have ample parking, so you're most likely going to have to park at the abandoned Rite-Aid parking lot across the street.

Great smiling faces, easy in, not much of a line. I always get either a hot vanilla latte or if it's 100 degrees out, an iced one. p.s. if you got a sweet tooth, try the iced lemon cake, fantastic ?
