Just found out a few days ago that this place supports and possibly sponsors a YouTuber by the name of Trisha paytas. Starbucks Coffee Company located within Union Station is a spacious and clean spot ideal for quick drinks and snacks. The shop's well-organized layout and friendly staff make ordering easy and efficient, with a quick turnaround for customers. It is a convenient location for travelers needing a coffee before catching a train, and the overall experience is generally positive, especially for those seeking a quick caffeine fix. The coffee served here, including favorites like pike coffee and cold brew, meets the usual Starbucks standards, and the place is kept clean, contributing to a pleasant visit.
However, the environment is quite basic and not designed for sitting or relaxing, as there are no chairs available. This makes it a grab-and-go spot, and the ambiance is not particularly appealing. During busy mornings, the shop can become crowded and noisy, with customers squeezing between each other. Some staff members are quick and efficient, though there have been occasional issues with patience and communication, especially for customers with hearing loss or during busy times. The service quality varies, with some staff being very friendly and others less patient or snippity, which can affect the overall experience.
Despite these minor issues, many customers appreciate the welcoming attitude of the staff and the convenience of the location. The shop is especially useful for travelers needing a quick coffee or breakfast wrap before their train. Overall, while it’s a good spot for quick service, the environment and seating limitations mean it is best suited for brief visits rather than extended stays.
