Worst Starbucks! I know you have mic’s in there and you can hear how your employees are talking to these customers. She’s completely rude unprofessional. I went in there to get a poor over blonde coffee with seven sugars. They gave me sweetener so I took it back. Drew was at the register. I told her I said sugar she said OK we can remake it for you. I don’t have time for the pour over. I have to catch my train. Can You guys just make oatmilk latte.She said no will make your Americano though I took the Americano. It’s watery so I had my daughter go down there and get the refund really fast because I am traveling with my children And I had my baby. My daughter comes back. I said what’s going on. She said Drew was being super rude to her.She told her she’s not gonna give her the refund but the dude with the hat that works there told her she can have the refund. he went to go get Drew and then Drew came out.Tell my daughter we already told your mother what was the issue and my daughter said she just wants to refund the the coffee is watery. The coffee is watery. She’s not happy with the service and the coffee and she told my daughter you can go get your mother because I’m not giving you no refund giving hand Gestures talking with attitude and slang so I go back in there and I asked her what the issue is and she said your daughter came in here. I said it doesn’t matter if my daughter came in there I asked for a refund my daughter was with me when I bought the coffee she seen her . then she wanted No to get an attitude with me so I had corporate on the phone to listen to how she was talking and they heard exactly how she was speaking with us.They messed up on our coffee in the beginning that was the issue if they would’ve just got the order correctly we wouldn’t have this problem right now!On top of that they had another guy in there with no shoes screaming talking about give me water give me water and they hurried up and rush and give him water but they wanna give me drama and I’m a paying customer.

the NICEST starbucks baristas i've ever met! i had a work trip in the area for two weeks and would stop by before my day started. after a few days, they already recognized me and knew me by name :) with union station being such a busy place, these baristas are working so hard & are doing it with a smile on their face.

This Starbucks no longer gives free refills to Starbucks Rewards members. I've been coming to this location for YEARS, and getting free refills while awaiting transportation here at Union Station. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager gave me 1 free refill after I told her that I used to get free refills here for years. This also used to be the only place in Union Station, accessible to the public, where one could plug in and charge devices. Not any longer: all outlets are blocked.

Frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade was great. Just the pick up was a bit slow my drink was ready but no staff would ask if i was there for pickup they were just busy doing other things until after a few minutes i had to call their attention and tell them I had been waiting

I was greeted and my order was taken as soon as walked through the door. This location is always well staffed and everyone's always busy, however I always receive my order quickly and they have everything I need to make my trip home smooth.I bring that up because I've gone to a few locations where the amenities weren't well stocked and it made carrying drinks/food awkward, cumbersome, and sloppy. I've never experienced that here.Starbucks is my fav place, and this is one of my fav Starbucks!

Never had any bad experience at this location, but today I was craving for something from their pastries glass cabinet when I spotted a huge fly goin around trapped inside, I told the cashier about the issue and she said. It's ok I'm not gonna go and chase it. Really. Are you selling that and having people to get sick.

I usually don't have issues with this Starbucks, but my experience yesterday sort of traumatized me. I was passing through Union Station, switching trains to get to my destination, and had mobile ordered in advance so I could get my drink and catch my next train with my 8 minute window between trains. My order was a simple coconut milk hot chocolate, and I ordered extra whip because if I leave it at standard, it's often forgotten. I picked up my drink and caught my train, no issues at this point. When I grabbed my seat and the train started moving, I finally took my first sip. There was no whipped cream at all, so that was mildly disappointing, but no big deal. It happens and I still had my drink, so that part didn't really bother me. What DID bother me was what happened when I had already consumed 95% of my drink. I felt a foreign material in my mouth when I took a sip, so I spit it out and to my horror, a piece of what appeared to be ALUMINUM or TIN FOIL had somehow made it into my drink. I almost swallowed it, and it's possible that a very small piece broke off of it and I might have swallowed it, but I can't be sure of this. It was a nightmare contacting customer service following this. It took me almost an hour to actually speak to someone without the session ending before it began, the session being interrupted from a dead zone, or the session timing out for no reason. I broke down when someone compassionate and helpful started a case for me regarding this inexcusable experience. I later threw up because the whole experience made me feel so sick. At least I got some money back for it, but I am still waiting for one of the higher ups to call me like I was informed would happen. I hope they call soon.

Nice Starbucks located inside the Los Angeles Union Station building! Great quality drinks made with fast and friendly service while you wait for your train or just admiring the amazing architecture.

I've gotten my morning coffee here for years. They've made some positive changes besides remodeling the store. Baristas are friendly, quick, and efficient. They have even helped me out when I've accidentally sent my mobile order to the East Portal Starbucks on the opposite end of Union Station. If you're in a rush, I recommend ordering ahead.

Great location if you need a coffee for your train ride. There is also a location at the opposite end of Union Station but you have to order through the app. It is a pickup window only.Parking: This location is inside Union Station terminal.
