About El Paseo Inn πŸ‡²πŸ‡½

El Paseo Inn is a popular restaurant along Olvera Street, located in a beautiful and full of character area that feels like a little escape into Mexican culture. It is one of the coolest older restaurants in LA in such a rad location. The atmosphere is lively but still relaxed, with a great patio perfect for outdoor dining. The service is fast, friendly, and prompt, with beverages and appetizers arriving quickly. The food is delicious and full of flavor. The tacos are bursting with flavor, and the homemade salsa is legit. The burritos are first rate, and the chips and salsa are light, crispy, and fresh. The mole enchiladas are satisfying and generously portioned, with a rich mole sauce that adds depth and flavor. The Sepulveda Enchiladas were decent though unremarkable, and the roja sauce could use more flavor. Grab a margarita too; they really know how to make it. This is a great spot to enjoy good food in a unique setting while exploring LA.

Great vibes. Beautiful restaurant! Large serving sizes. Food was decent. Not particularly flavorful. Would give 3.5 if possible.
The food at this establishment was good. My issues was with the service and staff. There were two incidents that stood out. The first one was when my party and I (3 of us only) asked to sit at a table with a better view, as they were trying to sit us at a table in the corner. The host escorting us to the table was visibly bothered by our request; he picked up the food menus from the original table, walked over to the new table, and tossed the menus on the table and walked away....read full review
Great experience all together. Service is great and very friendly, the place looks great decorated as a true Mexican place, it makes you feel good. The food which is the most important part was delicious. We had they're signature nachos. The flautas and a wet burrito. 👌
