Today our barista Juan was very nice and gave my family and I great customer service in the drive thru . Even though it was a busy day you can tell he was in good spirits and we appreciate that. Good job Juan for representing Starbucks with your great customer service. :)
Updating. I ordered ahead of time, I did drive through and my drink was ready sitting there but the guy the chubby dark tan lookin, was just chatting I said my drink has been sitting there. He smiled, but my drink was all melted down. Please train them
