Stopped by the Opening of the new location this morning to get my favorite drink. Was so excited to see the new store, than the ball dropped. When I walked into the store the atmosphere was so cold. None of the employees greeted me when I entered, not even when taking my order. I was asked may I take your order, anything else today........ That was it. I felt like I just wanted to walk out but I needed my salad for lunch. BIG disappointment, hope customer service gets better...read full review

I stopped by this Starbucks location yesterday afternoon and had a great experience. The barista got my order right on the first try, which is always a bonus - I've had to retry a few times before in LA. They also made sure to get the milk frothing just right for my latte. Overall, I'm happy with this spot's consistency and friendly service.
