This is my go-to Starbucks Monday to Friday and I love the team here. They know me by name and always greet me with such warmth and excitement. I recently got the newest Starbucks merchandise and I’m so happy with the selection they have here. Thank you Team Century City!!!
I came here on a busy afternoon (there was an event going on), and the employees had every reason to feel overwhelmed. Despite that, the barista greeted me with such warmth and outstanding customer service! Thank you, Jaylen, for your kindness. You made my day!
Fast and friendly service!
