I love that Starbucks is so committed to sustainability. They use recycled materials, and they're always looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact. I feel good about supporting a company that cares about the planet.

My expectations for this downtown Starbucks were disappointing. There are no tables where you can drink coffee and have a snack. I understand that this was done to prevent visitors from lingering inside Starbucks, but I had to wait for a person and I had to wait leaning on the windowsill. The music is playing very loud.
