Sometimes they are understaffed and slow. Sometimes my daughter has used the app before arriving to expedite and they didn’t have it. For the most part at least they are friendly. When owners try to cut in having enough staff they ruin the experience for all, employees and guests.

I'm so glad I decided to retry my morning routine here at Starbucks Coffee Company, coffee_shop in Los Angeles. The barista got my drink order right on the first try after I had a bad experience earlier this week. Their Caramel Macchiato is still one of my favorites - it's rich and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. I stopped by around 7:30 am and was happy to see they were already serving hot coffee, which was a lovely surprise on a chilly morning like today.
