It's not just the stylish simplistic modern decor or the super comfy leather chairs or the available curbside service. It's the management. The sHero I need to mention here is Helena. She sets the tone, mood and pace. She's professional, welcoming, knows her customers' names and favorite drinks. And everyone who works there with her to bring us our cup of joy gives off the same energy and warmth. I'm thrilled this location has survived and is thriving.“

There's a ton of locations near the beach but I usually get off on Lincoln and drive down from the freeway to get my drink.I wish the service matched the quality of drinks they made. Two ppl behind the counter and neither one of them gave off good vibes.I guess when choosing the taste over personality I'd rather have the taste I suppose.“

“Yesterday I was very thirsty and a little tired so I decided I want to go get a coffee. I looked around and I saw Starbucks which pretty good, are you still at coffee bean better but this will do. “I've been going to this Starbucks for 2+ years at least 4 times a week. Overall the food is great. I've had a few oops where they didn't double the cup of HOT tea, or the lid was not secure and wasted on my car. I was not happy. But the staff is great...so I could kinda overlook it...Great place over all I gave them all stars“
“I have always seen this and always busy when I visit Ralph’s. But today, it is really cold and I need something to warm my cold hands and feet. First time, I order from this busy and small location.Arielle is professional and friendly. The first time I order, it is she and the other old gentleman who serve me and both are nice. The second time I visit, Arielle is the only one there to take order and brew coffee for me. I also find out that she likes video games, which is rare for females in my life circle. She is indeed unique.The coffee is pretty standarized and cannot duplicate at home even with my Breville. I guess I will just have to keep visiting Starbucks and accumulate my points. The place has only counter to order and the seating area is outside. Two times I visit, both are cold and raining, and that is just right for the hot coffee outdoor. Luckily, no one is smoking in the tiny area.Starbucks is not going to give you any surprises when you order. It is always good no matter where you go. And this why they are successful. And the location is really strategic that you visit supermarket, you get a chance to have good coffee.Today I visited again and had a funny yet busy lady who served me. She is funny and I had a very good and relaxed converse with her while I was waiting to get my mocha. Starbucks is good!I know understaff is a serious issue. This branch has been placing only one person here and it has been always slow when you have someone or more than one in front of you. It is taking very long time to get your order. I just waited 12 minutes for a cup of coffee and there was only one girl in front of me.Besides that, they also close early like 6ish pm.“
“I've had better Starbucks and I've had worse. The employees are pretty nice to me contrary to what some of the other reviews said. I'm just frustrated that such a large space has no seating allowed still. Most Starbucks have gotten back to putting out chairs etc post pandemic but this Starbucks does not. Considering it's a very busy area in third street promenade it would be nice to sit down and enjoy my coffee while I'm there. Unfortunately it's always to-go“
“Very kind, allowing people to use their restrooms without the hassle. Aren't judgemental but also not quite on it when it comes to getting orders correct. Overall they seem to try an be friendly.Parking: Always open spots in the parking lot. Convenient and they are cool about you getting a drink and kicking back in your car for a sec.“
“Great location, plenty of parking and amazing staff! I came here on a Friday to pre order 4 traveler coffees for the next morning. There's parking but the lot is very busy and there's a lot of homeless people. Please stay alert as you are getting in and out of your car. I came on Saturday morning to pick up my order and the staff (4 total) were working so hard. It was very very busy! While I waited for my pre-order, I placed another order for two drinks. The two drinks came out super quick AND my pre order, scheduled for 7am pick up, was ready. Wonderful customer service, hard working staff and great location.“
