I have always seen this and always busy when I visit Ralph’s. But today, it is really cold and I need something to warm my cold hands and feet. Came early about 10am . Nancy was by herself “ wish she had help” as there was a long line behind me . However she managed to keep a smile and working as fast as she could to get all the orders out . Thank you Nancy for staying positive under so much pressure .

Would not let me use the restroom even after purchasing coffee. They say they have no public restroom which is ridiculous Starbucks always offers restrooms. I will not be shopping here
