It’s not a real Starbucks inside of a grocery store so there’s nowhere to sit down and enjoy
TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE COFFEE. I waited 10mins after my mobile order showed ready for pickup.
I wrote this while waiting for my matcha, 15 minutes after the Starbucks app said my drink should be ready. And while watching Ken, the guy in glasses, move at a glacial pace while making my drink. Which he started when I arrived, 10 minutes after it should have been ready. I don’t know if he’s going so slow because he thinks he’s a craftsman, but speed matters.
