Starbucks is a place I've only recently begun to visit. I've always had a preconception of it being some toxic environment from all of the "don't talk to me until I've had my coffee" jokes and similar talk. While there are still undoubtedly some bad apples occasionally, the staff are always kind. I'm always excited to stop by, set up my laptop, and relax with a drink.This location is on the smaller side, and when it gets busy, I often find myself unable to find a seat. Order light ice if you're ordering a venti. If I'm paying for this size and add-ons, I don't expect to have a full cup of ice! I'm sure this could have been remade however, I ordered on the mobile app for a reason, little time.**note I poured into a grande size cup and it didn't make it to the top***

Thanks to the two employees that were so nice and flexible with me tonight. I walked in to get a Chai Latte and (of course being sleep deprived) forgot to order with Oatmilk. Chris (?) made me another with Oatmilk and didn't even hesitate to redo it. His coworker (I didn't catch her name ) was so sweet and wrote this message on my latte. Thanks again you two, my day really was made. Even from this simple gesture.
