Normally a great location but as a warning to others- today's barista thinks a topping goes on the bottom and told me to write that I want my topping on the top in the app and refused to admit she made an error with the cinnamon powder.

I come here pretty early in the morning sometimes due to me working overnight. These baristas need to get their attitudes in check. If you don't like your job that much or don't like waking up so early for work, then find another job. Drink quality is good, though. I BARELY have an issue with drinks and when I do, they always fix it.

The servers are friendly for the most part, but there are a couple of baristas that are rude.Depends on what day of the week you visit.
Unfortunately, the customer service is awful at this location. They are quite combative when they mess up an order. The only reason I come back at times due to this stores proximity but at times I will drive to another location to avoid their horrible attitude. The manager needs to hire better!
Starbucks is a place I've only recently begun to visit. I've always had a preconception of it being some toxic environment from all of the "don't talk to me until I've had my coffee" jokes and similar talk. While there are still undoubtedly some bad apples occasionally, the staff are always kind. I'm always excited to stop by, set up my laptop, and relax with a drink.This location is on the smaller side, and when it gets busy, I often find myself unable to find a seat. It's unavoidable, though, and it's still a cozy little shop.

So, apparently this Starbucks on Grand Ave. in El Segundo, CA woke up this morning and chose violence. I ordered a venti iced peach green tea with no ice and they did not fill my cup all the way. Okay, I let it slide. I don't need all of that sugar anyway. However, I also ordered egg white bites extra toasted and this is where they fired shots! One of my egg bites was completely burned and the server thought it okay to put that in a bag and hand it to me instead of starting over. See photos attached. Otherwise you won't believe me. The first photo is the burned bites. The second photo is from the Inglewood, CA store on Manchester & Prairie where they clutches their pearls at what I was given and promptly rectified this fiasco.
