“The staff members are very nice and efficient. I usually go in the morning on my way to work and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone has a good attitude and professional demeanor. I appreciate that they focus on the customer. I notice that many customers pre-order their drinks from the app, which I have not tried yet. The staff are always making sure that the app orders are prepared and ready on time. They also keep the store shelves and table tops dusted and clean, which I notice. The only disappointment is that they don't have chocolate powder available for me to sprinkle on top of my lattes. They used to have shakers of cinnamon and cocoa powder available for customers, but not anymore... sadly. Thank you!“
“I gotta have my starbies! This particular location has a Cookie Dough Frappuccino on the menu, and it is absolutely delectable. What's unique about this starbucks is that they truly showcase their baristas by offering custom drinks on the menu that are made by them. I love to go and try out different things and expand my tastebuds to new heights.“
“I've been going to this location forever. The parking sucks but the crew makes it worth choosing this Starbucks over another. Special shout-out to Sash, Josh and Taylor. They know how to treat their customers. They know me by name and my order. Josh always greets me from across the way the second I walk in the door. Sometimes he has my drink ready for me which is so great because I can be in a huge hurry every now and then! Recently I was rushing and grabbed my order and the second I walked away I dropped it...spilling it all over. I felt so bad and without missing a beat Sash ran over to clean it up for me and Josh remade my drink. I felt so embarrassed that I caused a mess for them and Sash was so nice and made me feel like it was not a big deal at all. Also Taylor is so sweet...I found out he loves Disneyland which, so do I OF COURSE and now we talk Disney sometimes in our interactions. Coffee annnnd Disney convo, are you kidding?? That's my dream morning. I know from personal experience working customer service can be rooooough. At Starbucks I watch people in line order without saying hello, looking up from their phone, or just sounding completely unfriendly and yet the people working here all continue to treat people with respect. I don't know how they do it!“
“The Starbucks here is so customer friendly. I got a drink before shopping and the manager there, Steven was so personable. He customized my drink and made recommendations on what to order next time. The customer service was great considering it's a Starbucks at a very busy Target. Definitely would grab a drink here before shopping!“
“Bravo!!! This is by far my favorite Starbucks. I LOVE that's it's a drive thru and by my house. I have to say, everyone who does the drive thru orders all ALL have the nicest clearest voice. It's so pleasant ordering with them. Not just that, but their drinks are always on point (except once haha). Good job!!!“
“This has to be one of the friendliest and most pleasant staff groups in a coffee shop around the entire area! The first time I visited this establishment, I was floored at how happy and quick the staff was. Then I came back two more times and found the other staff workers to be just as kind and speedy, if not more so. I don't like Starbucks coffee because it's usually burnt so I only come here for the teas - which are absolutely delicious! If all Starbucks were run like this one, I would be much more inclined to frequent their establishment. Big shout out to the staff here: thank you for making my (albeit sporadic) visits so pleasant here!“
