Starbucks in Rancho Palos Verdes

“I’m a regular at this location and wanted to share an ongoing issue that hasn’t been properly addressed.

There is an individual who comes in almost daily and loudly mutters profanity, including offensive slurs, which creates an uncomfortable environment for customers trying to sit and work. Multiple customers have asked him to be quiet, and several have brought it to the attention of staff.

While he has been removed once, the behavior continues on a regular basis and doesn’t seem to be consistently managed. It’s frustrating because this is otherwise a great location, but situations like this make it difficult to enjoy the space.

I understand that these situations can be sensitive, but there needs to be more consistent handling of disruptive behavior so the environment remains comfortable for everyone.“

“Our favorite Starbucks, not because of the atmosphere (in the middle of Ralphs) or the coffee (like at any Starbucks), but because of the superb and friendly staff running that Starbucks. Special thanks to Eddie for getting us another „Strohhalm“.“
