“I visited this Starbucks on the 18th of this month ( January )to celebrate my mom's birthday ? I was told that this location was great w a gorgeous view ,they weren't lying !! It was packed full w people constantly coming in !! We saw people trying hard to get the front seats ,luckily, we found a spot for us immediately !! We had coffee & green tea & banana loaf cakes & an everything bagle ! Everything was yummy ? We liked the green tea very much !! I highly recommend this Starbucks for meeting up with friends or a date ,or anyone loves coffe/ tea / ocean !!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance w no steps ! The bathroom had 3 grab bars !! And it was a large room. So,it was very nice/ easy for our mom in her ♿️“

“The service here is potentially better if not for the employees being burned out. I'm going to give them an olive branch here because of the times I've visited, I watched the guys behind the counter working really hard, usually flying solo, handling the unending lines of entitled angry RPV retirees and housewives. I see them working and I see them doing what they need to do. I also see them really tired and stressed out. I see customers changing their orders AFTER it's been made without consideration to the line behind them, causing further delays for the workers and further aggravation from customers. This isn't fair. Yeah we all want to get our coffee and get to where we need to go, but remember that we should be aware of not only our surroundings but the people around us as well and sometimes, it's our behavior that causes a negative response. No, I'm not saying employees have the right to treat customers poorly. I am saying that we as customers do not have the right to feel entitled to treat employees poorly. Big difference. When I get to the counter, the guys have always greeted me but I feel awful seeing them sweating and gasping behind their masks, trying to make a living as we all are. Before I order, I tell them thank you and I see how hard they're working. I tip them heavily and I treat them as human beings. They smile and perk up and seem to recover energy if only for a few minutes. Every little bit counts so let's try to be more patient and kind. It's just a cup of coffee ffs. Chill out and wait.“
