“ad an amazing Sunday lunch here and honestly — this was the best sushi I’ve ever had. Every single bite tasted premium. You can immediately tell the quality of the fish and ingredients are on another level — incredibly fresh, clean flavors, and perfectly prepared. Sitting at the sushi bar made it even better because you can actually see the freshness and care that goes into everything being made.

I ordered the green mussels, spicy garlic edamame, the WTF Roll, Wagyu sushi, and the Tuna Lover Roll — and every dish was outstanding. The Wagyu sushi completely blew me away… I’ve never had Wagyu like that before. It literally melted in my mouth. The presentation across the board was beautiful and showed real attention to detail.

Huge shoutout to Ugo at the sushi bar — incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about what he does. He even let me try a roll I was curious about, which made the experience feel personal and memorable.

If you’re looking for top-tier sushi with premium ingredients and an amazing atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back”

I hand over to her a $20.00 bill to finish my order and correct changes. She admitted she had mistakenly rung the transaction of funds incorrectly. She thought gave her a $20.00 bill and had to correct the register.”

“Haven’t been to Bagels Galore since I used to go to the old one on 25th and Western in high school. About a month ago, I went in to buy a dozen bagels to take home, and my family and I were super happy with them! Friendly staff, many bagel flavors, and fresh! I really like the everything and cinnamon sugar bagels! The best bagel I’ve ever had? Well, no, but super tasty and close to home!”

“Golden Scoop at Golden Cove Center has tasty and excellent gelato and dairy-free sorbets. The chocolate sorbet tastes very close to the gelato, recommended. Staff is also always friendly, as well!”

“Have to give a big big enormous shout out to Tay! One of the amazing employees here at the Starbucks. I’ve been coming here since the Starbucks opened and I can see a great confidence. She is one of the best employees I’ve ever interacted with at this location. Starbucks take good care of her. You’re lucky to have her!

I also haven’t been back in some time and really love the new decor in the inside. It certainly makes it feel warmer and more comfortable.

“After a nice hike down to the cove, this was a welcoming and cozy spot to grab a coffee and soak up the beautiful California coastal atmosphere of Terranea Hotel and Resort. I've stayed at the resort and played some golf there as well. Most trips include a visit to Sea Beans. Staff is A+.”

“Great pastrami sandwich! Great bread that they toast in the pizza oven. I have been numerous times now and while I want to be able to talk to the rest of their menu....I cant. I ordered the pastrami sandwich my first time and have never looked back. But I am sure they have got some other great dishes to offer, pretty big menu. It's a cute local little spot to grab food or eat on their little patio. Highly recommend”

“Stayed at the hotel next door while on a cruise vacation, and the were the closest place. Staff was great! Had an option of Dinner or Happy hour, The difference is seating. We chose the happy hour and was directed to the bar area that had high tops. The meals were essentially the same with the difference being smaller portions and lower prices. The locals at the bar were a fun and friendly group of people, bar staff as well. The food was great, fyi the 1/2lb burger is the size of a cow! Even at a smaller portion, it was still a lot of food. Definitely a hidden gem as far as eateries go.

“It was a long drive for us from Glendale to Rancho Palos Verdes, but this place is worth coming to! The service is attentive without being intrusive. The food is EXCELLENT! We had Pad Thai, lettuce wrap, lime fish, fish with mango salsa, and crispy pork with greens. Not one was bad. Try the ginger tea if you like the flavor of ginger. And the sea view--- just gorgeous! We will surely be back! Best of all, they allow dogs!”
