“Great pastrami sandwich! Great bread that they toast in the pizza oven. I have been numerous times now and while I want to be able to talk to the rest of their menu....I cant. I ordered the pastrami sandwich my first time and have never looked back. But I am sure they have got some other great dishes to offer, pretty big menu. It's a cute local little spot to grab food or eat on their little patio. Highly recommend“

“One of the best restaurants around. From the Yellow Tail Crudo to the Farmers Market Peas & Burrata di Puglia to the Salt Spring Mussels to the Duck Egg Pizza. Everything was simply amazing and the service, drinks and energized atmosphere make this a place we like to come to often. Highly recommended.“

“Almost every employee has a thiqqq italian accent so big points on authenticity. We ordered the yellowtail grapefruit appetizer, pear and arugula salad, mushroom tagliatelle, and the seafood spaghetti. The pasta was extremely fresh and made in house, one of the greatest meals I’ve had in the South Bay. Service was executed brilliantly and the vibes were through the roof. I want to live at Stecca Taverna but they don’t allow that so I will just frequent whenever I can.“

“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. “We ended up at Lozio Osteria Pizzeria Bar completely by accident. My friends and I were looking for a new place to celebrate my birthday, somewhere we hadn’t been before, and this turned out to be such a great find.

Honestly, all the food was absolutely delicious. The truffle fries were especially amazing. We finished them so quickly that we had to order another round.

We had bruschetta, a charcuterie board, Caesar salad, fettuccine bolognese, and carbonara, and everything was spot on. For dessert, we ordered a pistachio cake. The portions were perfect for a group of five girls, and we left happy and full.

The cocktails were also great, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

And the service really made the experience. Our waiter had such a great sense of humor, kept joking with us, and truly lifted the whole mood of the evening.“

“Charming Greek/Italian restaurant in San Pedro. Very home-town vibe. Calzones are rich and tasty, but bring a friend or get a box, because they are bigger than your head! Greek salad and mozzarella sticks were also a hit with the family. Service was great. Not really a place to zoom in and out of, but the ambiance invites you to slow down a bit and enjoy your food with friends or family.“

“Smallish Italian restaurant we first came over 35 years ago. Many owner changes over the years. The garlic bread is hands down the best (outside of my own) ever! The garden salad was good, and the meat lovers pizza was very good!

“Our server's name was Scott. He was amazing! And so were the other servers who helped along the way of our dining experience. The food was outstanding!!! Not one complaint from anyone in our party! The whole experience was so good, I can't wait to go back!“

“Today's experience in this restaurant was from bad to awsome starting from our waiter/server don't know the guy but had a real bad attitude constantly makeing faceses like if he was upset or angry us my family of 3 and noticed that he was very joyful with other people but with us has a bad attitude and that's before we started to order we just got there and got our seat to eat. Me personally If we still had that same waiter/server If I could I would give no stars for the service

But the manager stepped in and gave me the best service same thing with the other servers a male and a female with a pink sweater thanks to them I give this place a high rating and would bring my family again

My recommendation if employee are in a bad mood or haveing a bad day it's never good to mix house problems/personal problems with work because to me olive garden it's a family restaurant

But thank you to the manager and the 2 addition servers that help us and gave us the best experience 👍

Everything was beyond good. Their marinara was especially delicious.

Service was SO bad though. We did arrive at 10pm, but if an establishment is open late, their staff should be down to work late.
We waited an inordinate amount of time at the front desk to be greeted and then seated, even though there were plenty of open booths and not a lot going on.
We barely saw our server and she had a bit of an attitude.

I do expect more from employees than what we received when I’m at a nicer establishment. But the food was good enough to forgive what was lacking.“

“This is our 2nd time here. I came for the pizza. In search of what we had in Napoli. But the 1st time I can I got distracted by the handmade pasta. So this time I stayed the course. I can report i like it! It's still not as thin but it's close. And they have this cheese pasta dish where the cheese is warmed up and then the fixings mixed in. I'll have to try it next time. The one time I had it was in Argentina. Although they boast 60% of Argentines are of Italian heritage, it's probably not quite right. There was also music tonight and the servers were attentive. “Eat here. Do it and thank me later. The owner/chef was so lovely - I called over about a food allergy and she texted me a follow up. That level of thoughtfulness is nearly unheard of in food service these days. As the other reviews state the food is phenomenal, served HOT, and is inventive, thoughtfully prepared, and comforting.“
